Ive had nothing but problems with the portage branch ill call u back nobody does the atm ate my card two weeks ago trying to make a deposit i called was told my acct was fine not to worry about it nothing was coming out the next day i called because of course nobody returns my call was told they shut my card down and they would order me a new one it would be here in a week when i didnt receive my card i called back well ur acct is in the negative now so we cant order it until there is money in ur acct how can it be negative wheb i was told it was fine and didnt have a card even if i have bounce protection so ur going to charge me for it but not use it tomorrow im getting a new bank
