Bank Manager "Elle" comes off as very rude and prejudice. She also is very uneducated at her job as she couldn't answer questions for us. US Bank answered our questions easily and set us up immediately without nasty comments or looks.
I had been with First State since age of 12 years old. 36 years later, treated so poorly. I'm no longer and will no longer bank at Pinnacle.
