US Bank could be twice as profitable if they would fire the back of the house and upper management. They sold my REI card to Capital One, made it impossible to get a new CC or a mortgage and they don’t work well with Zelle or Venmo. I don’t even use my US Bank CC. I have an 800 FICO and they treat me like dirt.

The staff seem to be very friendly and wanting to help.
the hours opened are still minimum and not as consistent as a business should be.

First of all, I’ve had a lot of good experiences with US Bank. I’ve banked with them for years, my car is with them, and overall have had extremely good interactions with their staff. But unfortunately with banking we have to be wary of who is out for your best interest and who is looking to hit their ‘numbers’. The banker that sits directly to the left of their front desk area (male, bleach blond hair) is someone you need to be wary of. When asked yes/no questions multiple times he will provide false information if he has something to gain. Check all policy with corporate. If something sounds weird - check. If he isn’t able to accomplish what you want but acts like opening another line of credit is the magical answer - get a second opinion. Basically: it’s always a good idea to learn as much as you can about your bank’s policies, and don’t trust this guy to help you.

If you are in a hurry, this is not the branch to visit. I waited 15 minutes while 2 of the 8 customers in line in front of me were served by 3 tellers. Finally, I was forced to leave because I had an appointment and did not foresee being helped in the next 30 minutes. When I left 3 customers were being helped by the tellers, 3 customers were still waiting in front of me, and 5 more were waiting behind me. There was a woman at desk off to the side of the tellers who watched but did not offer to help customers to move the line along and decrease wait time.

Faith was a very welcoming helpful teller who did her best to help answer my questions. Some of it was online / app related. When she asked a question to the person managing the window, and seemingly in charge of the morning, the responses Faith received were less than pleasantly voiced. It made me uncomfortable for the ladies working. Then it happened again. Said person then put on a huge smile for another customer. I hope the working environment on this December 27, 2016 morning improves for all to have a pleasant morning. Thank you Faith for remaining helpful and pleasant when the treatment given to you was not. Thanks also for finding answers to my questions!

I have several accounts with US Bank in another state and have been very satisfied with excellent service. We have moved to Wickenburg and we're disappointed that they you do not have a location here. Please at least establish an ATM here. Also post if you do or do not have safety deposit boxes on your web site for each location.

I come in here daily and it never fails that the line has 6 to 12 customers waiting for 2 tellers if you're lucky to help you. No manager offers to help.  No one apologizes for the wait everyone hides in their cubicles. No one is concerned that people are turning around and leaving without being helped.

I 've been waiting for the store manager and a personal banker to return my calling over a loan than was approved over a moth ago. All I need is to sign the papers. I have called multiple times to get this done with and there excuse have been the personal banker is on vacation. In addition, when I call they tell me the person I need to take to is busy and that they will call me back but they never do. It's not until I call back and they find an this other excuse on not to be able to help me. I am very disappointed in this branch.

My name is Cecilia Daccarett, I just withdraw from the ATM located in Albertson's, the amount of $ 640.00  Immediately went to Chase, to deposit, and the teller told me there were only 620.00.  Is it possible to check the machine and see if my 20.00 are still there, the balance of the day or I do not know how you check it, will be over my 20.00
Thank you.  I am a USBank customer, but needed to deposit this money in Chase.
Thank you for your help, is not a lot money but 20.00 are 20.00 dollars.

You need to file a Reg. E claim with the bank that has your checking account.  They will communicate with the bank who owns the ATM.  If the ATM is over $20 when it is next balanced, you should get your money back.

Refinanced vehicle through usbank in 2004 and they list title when was paid off! Call about and no records??  Deposited A $2000 check from relative. It took 3 days to clear and manager wouldn't take overdraft fees off! Manager also would not return phone calls to explain charges for two days and still no callback!  After time usbank went downhill  with service sadly.

I completely agree about the service going downhill. The mall branch has absolutely no customer service skills and zero understanding of humanity.

The US Bank on Fremont and Sandy in NE Portland is a small, friendly bank. For many years, they served me well. But when I moved, the US Bank on MLK and Killingsworth was another story. AWFUL! Long lines, bad attitude, truly the worst customer service ever.

I really dislike this branch because I feel like they are not there for the customers as far as their hours go. Every other branch I have been to is open at 8am and they are open on Saturdays regular hours and on Sundays until 2. It's so irritating to be heading to work and not be able to go to the bank because they're too lazy to open up early. It feels like they are more concerned with having a personal life than helping customers who have banking needs on the weekends because the website can be awful to use. I know it is a small town so they can do the small town lazy and not be open weekends and open later but it's not helping customers.

Yes bank employees have personal lives too!  The world does not revolve around you and your schedule. I do not expect  companies to be open 24/7. Find the time to run your errands and quit writing bad reviews for a branch that can't change their hours anyways!

Wish I would have read these before I opened an account here! The employees in the bank are fine but the phone reps are ridiculous and the "manager" just hung up on me! They haven't a clue what customer service is and should know that "no" is never an answer! And there is always someone who can fix a problem, never say no!

Everyone but katie is a joke

I've been banking with US bank for 10 years now, and have had mixed experiences.  When I call the branch no one is available to help.  Today they asked me to come in to make a transaction rather than doing it over the phone because they were busy.  Like that's going to save them any time.  
Katie on the other hand has been very helpful whenever I needed her and always goes out of her way to get me in and take care of my needs.  She even offered to bring paperwork by my work when I had no time to stop by the branch.
