The bank teller was trying to be so nice because the Office manager supervisor was very rude. She really needs training on how to deal with customer instead of walking away. This was at the 1911 Bassett Drive in Mankato, MN.
I would switch to a completely different bank but the personnel at the other bank locations in Mankato make up for the rudeness of this one.

The Wells Fargo on Parkway put us in a very embarrassing position due to lack of follow up on their wire transfer. When we brought it to the manager's attention that person excused it as though our expectations were too high. They missed an authorization step and cost us $6,000.

The best part about this branch is the staff. Their level of customer service far exceeds my expectations, and has set a new level of banking customer service for me. Regardless of how busy the employees are, they always have a great big smile and are always willing to help. I feel assured that I will always be welcome to ask any question I have, and I know I will be fully educated on that topic. The employees find the best course of action for my finical needs and have very helpful suggestions on where I should continue to in the future. If you truly want a person who will do everything in their power to help you, this is the branch you want. Bar none, this branch has given me the most successful banking experiences.

I have been banking with this branch for 7 yrs. The old crew all retired or scattered when the bank switched from Wachovia to Wells Fargo. Since the change this bank has been one big headache. They shortchange me on change orders OR they give me too much money (which I return) and they've forgotten to process checks into the account. I've kept a record of all these things. Wellsfargo get a whopping 5 star from me. I am in Florida in fleming island and they are excellent. It is a family relationship experience and have carefully guided me. I opened three accounts in the Rye, NY Wells Fargo Branch: a business checking, a business savings and a personal checking account over a month ago.
Not one of them was opened properly. Andrew, the banker, had five debit cards sent to my home for the personal checking. I still don't know which was I am supposed to use, because Andrew refuses to respond to emails.
I was charged $128.00 for a set of plain checks on the business account. There aren't any logos or special features on the checks. They aren't in a printable format. These are simple blue checks that require handwritten preparation. $128.00. The most expensive checks I've ever purchased. Andrew doesn't respond to emails so I can't even discuss the fee that he never indicated would be so high.
Just discovered that I am paying a monthly maintenance fee of $6.00 on the business savings account because I don't have the minimum amount in the account. Would have been nice to have been told of such minimum requirement. Again, Andrew is probably the worst bank employee I ever encountered. He failed to mention said fees.
I've tried to contact the branch manager, Mohindra. But he also refuses to respond to emails. I am in the process of escalating of these issues to the regional level. I've never experienced such incompetence across so many levels.
Don't use this bank. In fact, run in the other direction. With so many banks in Rye, you won't have a problem finding an alternate bank. Just stay away from this one.

I have a small account with Wells Fargo here in Phoenix, AZ.. My family is from NM. My grandfathers served in WWII. My maternal grandfather served in the US Army Air Corps in the European Theater. My paternal grandfather was in the Bataan Death March (please look it up) and died in a POW camp as a chaplain serving his fellow soldiers. My dad, John, was in Vietnam earning the Bronze Star. I was an officer in the army reserves. I am absolutely livid with your cowardly and dishonorable action. Your effort to appease a few sniveling fools at the expense of the majority is typical of the lack of courage that is so commonplace in our country today. I am embarrassed for you. I am ashamed of you. You sicken me and you make a mockery of the blood that has been spilled for our very freedoms.
That sacred spilled blood provided you with the ability to earn a living and enjoy the blessings of liberty and your corporate lifestyle. I am willing to bet that the manager never put on a uniform or stood watch. I am sure this manager has never stood for what is right. The manager would rather sell his soul to Satan for a few happy customers then do what is right.
First thing tomorrow, I will be going to my WF bank and closing my account. While there, I will tell everyone exactly why I am doing so with the hope that they too will follow suit. I will post this review on my Facebook page. My sincerest hope is WF loses innumerable customers and worse, money, as a result of removing the flag.

Boycott!! Wells Fargo Bank took down its American Flag because of a few complaints. No joke! What were they thinking? Clearly the decision makers are not the sharpest pencils in the box! These same dull tipped people have access to all of your funds! There are other banks out there. Consider moving your money!

Wells Fargo did not take down the American Flag for customer complaints. This is what happens when a new reporter doesnt give the exact story. The Wells Fargo property manager for that area complained bc the flag wasnt being properly displayed and thought it was disrespectful how it was hanging. He didnt want the flag to dishonor those whom fought for it. they removed the flag and ordered one to be rehung in a proper manner. This is what happens when resreach isnt done.

I have an IRA account with a beneficiary distribution is required every year. I went to the Bonita Point office and waited for a representative. The representative told me she could not handle this process and could not do the paper work. She then called the Customer Service line and handed me the phone. She should have called the store support # to help her to the process. I spent 2 hours handling and told her to read her email they had sent instructions to her.

I have an IRA account with a beneficiary distribution is required every year. I went to the Bonita Point office and waited for a representative. Poor poor customer service at the starmout branch in charlotte nc. ... the greeter they have at the door obvious shes racist she didn't want to help me she even acted as if she wanted to fight me. She judged me and that was very clear. ..she even accused me of calling her a name wen I told her manager if that's what at the door at every wells Fargo I dont think I want to go to any bank all I was trying to do was get my car title notarized. And that was the worst experience ever. Poor poor customer service!

Same thing happened on March 10! The Asst. Branch Manager would only credit 2 of 3 overdraft notices. My CASH deposit was still "pending". Cash deposits are immediate, they should never be pending. She kicked me out of the bank and called the police on me! Why couldn't she talk to me?? I have never been more humiliated, and I have 4 accounts with them! Well, for now I do.

I had an excellent visit when I first moved to Minnesota from South Carolina. The banker I spoke to could not have been more pleasant and kind and assisted me with everything I needed very quickly. Perhaps the best customer service I have encountered.

I had an excellent visit when I first moved to Minnesota from South Carolina. The banker I spoke to could not have been more pleasant and kind and assisted me with everything I needed very quickly. Perhaps the best customer service I have encountered.

My Mother banks at this location and has for years both personal and business accounts. She has been told on several occasions that the bank will not cash a check for her because her drivers license is expired. What would you expect for a person that is 84 years old. Because it is expired does not change the fact the person identified on the license Is still her. My mother has a leg that was severely injured in an accident and has a very difficult time getting around. She is also legally blind in one eye and sees with difficult from the other. So being told to come in to the bank was not the best option.
I have gone and looked up NYS requirement for ID and also tried to find something on Wells Fargo's main site to find out your policy on ID. I couldn't find anything on your site.NY State does not require it but suggests you have it.

My Mother banks at this location and has for years both personal and business accounts. She has been told on several occasions that the bank will not cash a check for her because her drivers license is expired. What would you expect for a person that is 84 years old. Because it is expired does not change the fact the person identified on the license Is still her. Words can not explain how unprofessional this office actually is. I walk in with my service dog and IRENA (who can not even speak fluent english) verbally attacks me by saying, "Put your dog somewhere else!" I tell her my dog is a service dog and she screams, "where are the papers...no papers, dog go out" (remember this is a quote from the "bank manager." Then there's the banker--he's dressed in what looks to be a clown suit--I have a recently expired passport as I'd for my withdrawl--he says, we'll make an exception in you not having TWO id's but the manager is already fixated on the dog patiently sitting by my feet. She overrides what I've been told and asks me to leave until I had 2 forms of ID. It was crazy...stick with Chase!

Absolutely fantastic service in this Branch by Carlos, Paola and the team. We have had more than our fair share of administrative problems ever since we moved to the US, but never with the bank. Opening hours are great for working people, staff is very friendly and above all professional, they know how to sort out the problems; And if they can not, they make sure you get in contact with the right people.

We have been fourteen years as a customer of Wells Fargo. I am a senior citizen and disabled and need to use the restroom while doing business at this location. They told me I had to go across two parking lots to Carl Juniors. I said I couldn't walk that far. The girl said she would get the manager. I thought they would allow me to use their employee restroom. The manager refused and I had an accident. She started shoving me out the door and when my husband came to my aid, she said she was calling the police. I have later found that hardly any of Wells Fargo banks provide bathrooms for their customers. This is amazing to me since they have an annual profit of 19 Billion dollars.

These people are criminals. I have opened an investigation here and it's not looking good for them.
I was taking my business to Chase and they offered me a "loan" the gal called me the next day saying I was approved and my fixed payment was $150 for a 50,000 loan.
I was shocked to find out they had bait and switched me to a line of credit without my knowledge or consent and my payment for using only 13,000 was over $900!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I googled this tactic apparently there have been billions in lawsuits against wells for this exact reason.
I am lucky my business is thriving and I am now at Chase. I am leaving this review to prevent other unsuspecting people like myself who put their trust in Wells Fargo and being burned like I was.
