I have been banking at this branch for several years now.  The staff has always been pleasant and very helpful, I have transferred money to my son's account (he is in college) several times without having the correct account number with me, the tellers figure it all out and have always gotten it right :)

I am still here after 3 years. I was the person who had is CD funds paying over 4% transfered to 0% checking account 10 days after purchase without notifaction or explanation . Ben Beverly ignored me repeatedly.I continue to have monthly statements sent to me.I have had 3 telephone with gallop poll  about same subject. This cost more than a simple goodwill gester. Hundreds of emails later. This feud could end with small goodwill gester and $20 fee refund. I will never stop complaining. I have all but stopped using Wells Fargo. This was A Wachovia  mistake one day before Wells bought Wachovia Robert Ruddick

Hold On Deposit

I had a deposit I made on November 4th, 2011 drawn on a local bank. The deposit cleared the local bank on Monday, November 7th. I had the owner of the escrow company call the branch and speak to Touche and the Branch Manager. The latter never returned her call. Nor did he ever return my call. The account was still on hold for this deposit until 16th. If a deposit drawn on a local bank clears why does Wells Fargo hold that deposit? It is unnecessary. I have been a Wells Fargo client for 20 years. I have a line of credit with them and significant deposits in the past. I will be transferring my funds as soon as this check clears to a credit union.

Went to this branch on Thursday for Notary Services.  Door greeter was very friendly and helpful.  Notary was nice and helpful as well.  Don't live near this branch, but if I'm in the area again and I need Wells Fargo services I will stop in.  Thank you!

Since Wells Fargo took over Wachovia, everything has gone downhill.  My biggest complaint:  The drive-through window.  I've banked here for 23 years - it would take 2-3 minutes on average to get through.  Now, 7-10 minutes because they have only one, inexperienced teller working the window instead of the 2-3 experienced tellers who were working there.  There is no excuse for this.

I had a stock cert that I had been holding for 10 yrs and Marcos was able to clear it, provide other opportunities for this money and grew my money. He keeps me update on a regular basis. I've had other brokers that have told me that they would keep me informed but none of them have ever followed through. Marcos has keep me informed and has kept my money growing year after year, even during the last market crash.  He is awesome.  Go and see him, Tucson, AZ at the Sunrise and Kolb location. Bryan--The Financial Adviser is very cordial, helpful and full of ideas---but a women there named Sylvia, who was initially helping us set up individual checking accounts, has refused to correspond to emails or phone calls, once we transferred a significant amount of money there. Also, trying to transfer business accounts and on line checking from Washovia to Wells Fargo has been a night-mare

Its always an issue and when there is no communication within the departments. I hate that they are holding my veterans benefits and that I have to go in this office and close out an account I have had for over fifteen years. ( since its watch over ya money days...get Wachovia...lol) you guys suck

Glenview Branch personal Banker Graceilia Guzman is very very rude and Nasty.
always long wait time . Poor service. Branch Manager is nowhere to be found.

The "wait time" at this bank is ALWAYS bad....too long; not enough tellers/service staff.  Today the "wait time" of 25 minutes in the drive-through lane was beyond ridiculous!!!!! This is the ONE thing that irritates me more than anything else at a bank; and a major reason why I would consider changing banks entirely.  Manager should be more aware of customer's needs....such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!  10/29/ll

the customer service at WF has been horrible through the Wachovia transition. i've had to deal with frozen accounts, long wait times on the phone, being transferred from one dept. to another, less than knowledgeable employees, etc!. totally unacceptable! i never rec'd substandard service at Wachovia. they went above and beyond at all times. I'm truly disappointed and will be closing my accts immediately! ZERO STARS in all categories!

Mr. Robert Roth at Wells Fargo Investment Banking - Denver, Colorado, was a fantastic help in handling some complex investment transfers resulting from my father's death.  Thoroughly professional and absolutely competent service.  Very highly recommended.

Talked with Brain Holt (branch manager) at the Penrose location about the teller shorting me. He was understanding and said that he would get back with me in a couple of days no matter what. I still waiting.........

I am very disappointed with Wells Fargo and will be looking for another bank to bank with. That's what you get nowadays I guess. My family has been banking with them since the 70's and well before that. IMO, both branches have gone down hill.

Wells Fargo as whole is terrible. They screw up account balances, they charge all kinds of mystery rates, they never return phone calls, and they just do not value the customer or the customers money. I am through with Wells Fargo.

I started with Wachovia in Hoboken, NJ. After 4 months of banking wachovia introduced me to someone the bank works with so I could set up credit card processing for my store.  The lady told me how I was covered in case of this or that and if there was ever any problem, as long as proper steps were covered I should not worry about fraud.  Well 5 months later i had a charge from a customer out of country.  Protocol was to call it in and get 2 verifications.  Both the CC processor and the card holders bank both gave approval for charge.  2 weeks later it was made aware to me the card was stolen and I have to give back 1890.00 USD.  After telling the CC porcessor that I was told I am covered they went on to say I was misinformed.  I refused to pay them back and reached out the rep that signed me up.  She never got back to me and 2 weeks later she was fired for lying to not only me but dozens of others.  Never in this whole period did Wachovia try to help me.  They ignored me, everyone even the branch people that introduced me to her.  Then one day the branh manager Xenia in Hoboken yelled at me because I went to her superior after i went to her  and this is after she refused to help me and gave me the run around.  Long story short is was put  on what is called TMF (terminated Merchant File)  I could not accept credit cards ever again.  I later found someone to take me on after they learned of the situation but the people at Elavon and Wachovia were down right crooks in every respect.  I am closing my account this week and have hired an attorney to take this matter to court to get my name cleared and so forth and get off this list.  The Hoboken branch is truthfully dreadful.  There is great tellers and 2 of the bankers their are really nice and helpful but the lady Xenia that runs it is a complete moron.  In fact she runs a bank yet never worked in a bank prior to Wachovia now Wells Fargo, her last job was selling jeans in a retail store.  How on earth did she get to run a bank?  If you bank here, leave.

I had a Wachovia account before they were bought out by Wells Fargo. Recently I had my wallet stolen and asked one of their bankers if they would help me set up a new account and cancel out my debit card. This process took hours, in which she set the card to a wrong address, linked it to my old account on accident, and also kept pushing me to try a different account then the one I wanted. 30 days later I look at my account and there is a massive charge linked to my old account number, after inquiry I found out that when she "closed out" my account she didn't let the pending transactions finish and so it over drew me, they then charged my account $122 to pay it off, which is significantly more then the overage. When it was Wachovia they we're a great bank, now that they're Wells Fargo they are absolutely terrible. I have had issue's since day 1. Between them not letting me cash my paychecks that I have been bringing to that branch for 3 years, to making it frustrating and impossible to simply cancel anything.

I too have had TERRIBLE customer service at bee ridge and cattleman branch. I was a long standing client at this branch when it was wachovia. Everyone made a point to bend over backwards with help and a friendly attitude and ALWAYS Knew my name before they even saw it on paper. It was easy friendly and wonderful.
 Then the change. I thought... great: wells fargo, big company. It will probably be even better. But the rudeness, the couldnt care less attitude, the lack of being able to do routine things through the drive through that Ive been doing for years. The indignance is just appalling, truly. ON 5 [yes 5] different occassions, Ive had to go into the bank from the drive through to get the same routine thing accomplished [a deposit of my spouses check]. have had to talk to a manager, who each and every time has said that she  has now squared it away and promised it would not happen again. I have told her also about the rudeness of the employees[particularly drive through]. And lack of apologies or simple courtesy. No one seems to care about "that" aspect of it. I am obviously not alone on this complaint. Why do they keep people like this?? I have gotten so that I hate to go make a deposit because I know it will be a pain the .....
 Believe me, We will probably go somewhere else soon. We have 3 accounts at this branch. we should be treated like the regulars that we have been for so long.
 In a nutshell, your local branch should feel like a small town bank no matter who they are.Employees you know and trust[and know you!]  a smiling face,  and ease of banking. Customer service people. Sorry to see that so many others have had similar issues.
