I have had nothing but excellent experiences at this bank.  i have banked here since it was Wachovia and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is the best experience I've had at wells fargo in my area. 78023 zipcode

I went drive through, the deposit slips are easily accessible unlike other locations where its a hassle to get a deposit slip everytime you go...(I hate that) don't steal their deposit slips, return the favor by acting like a decent person, atleast for a minute. :)

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Didn't rate the interest rate and cost, don't think it changes location to location.

I refied with this bank. They were just supposed to lower my interst rate. After it was said and done. I lost 15 years of payments and have a new 30 year loan, and now I owe $180 G. I only paid $123G for the house.



They said I should open a checking and savings account. Ok fine, They never told me there is a $10.00 a month service charge for a savings account.

Please please tell the Kathy lady in there (pry 50 years old; bleach blond hair, heavy set gal) to stop w/the nasty perfume! My eyes hurt every time she helps me. She is SOOO sweet and nice and I love to talk to her; but have a headache w/in 30 seconds of speaking w/her. Please please make it stop!

I gave the overall rating a 2 because of a banker that use to be there that use to help me Darlene. If she was still there I would given them a perfect score rating. Since she transferred to Cherry Creek. I have worked with several bankers at this branch. I hate to say this but none of them had the professionalism that she did. This bank is a little to gossipy and very unprofessional for my taste. As one of the bankers was assisting me with an over 100k wire another banker in the cubicle next to her is gossiping about other fellow employees at the branch. Well needless to say the banker messed up my wire because she seemed more interested in what was going on next to her. I think most business owners will agree that time is money. So when you take time out of your busy day to do something as important as send out a $100,000 wire you expect it done right the first time. Not to have to go in several times and call several times to find out a week later what is going on and why my client still has not received the wire that is only supposed to take 24-48 hours at the most. Beyond this mess they have lost several of my deposits, horrible long lines in a stuffy small space, and again unprofessional. The only thing I can say to this branch manager is....
Hire more professionals with class.
If anyone knew Darlene the banker at 38th I'm sure you would agree she was absolutely fantastic. Great smile, professional, and attentive.
She stuck out like a sore thumb in that branch. In a very good way!  So I wasn't surprised to hear she had transferred.

Awful!  I will be changing to another institution when I have the time.  I have had a checking account with them since 1990 (when it was Norwest).  I have had lots of problems over the years with service charges, etc.  I went in to convert my account to something that would work w/o fees since there is currently little activity on my account.  The PB was not knowledgeable (actually got her twice.....first time I ran out of time after a half hour sitting at her desk), she had a don't care attitude and didn't refund the fees that we had discussed crediting back to my account.  I have talkied to the branch manager twice regarding this visit and left her another voicemail.   I have yet to see the full customer satisfaction credit or a pin# for my new ATM card.  Not what I would expect for any customer especially after 23 years!!  I have done lots of  other business there in the past as well.

I went to the bank and I had a issue with my checking account.  Robert Kuo is one of those amazing people that save the day.  He is very patience and kind.  He helped me resolve a the serious problem.  He is wondeful.  I just want to thank you. I recommend everybody to ask for him

My business has been banking with Wells Fargo for over 8 years.  Last year we finally decided to go with another bank.  Nobody is perfect, and we have put up with the errors and incompetency from bank tellers, and incompetency, laziness and sheer "I Don't Care" attitudes from bankers at Wells Fargo; but, we had the last straw when this particular bank misplaced two deposit checks worth $8K and my business didn't have enough funds to cover our payroll.  The person who identified herself as the "manager" tried to be inappropriately humorous about the entire situation, making very inappropriate and childish jokes, and finally told me that she couldn't help me--that I had to call the Wells Fargo (800) number and speak to a banker there because she couldn't access information she needed from the computer system at the Lomas Branch.  She didn't even offer to call them for me while I was at her office!?  I was so angry; she kept making jokes, and eventually the guard came by when I began to question her as to why the Lomas Branch bank could not help me resolve my matter right then and there.  I was not yelling; I was not using bad language; I was frustrated and only questioning; yet, the guard felt he needed to come by and asked me directly if he could help me.  "Can you get me my $8000 dollars back?"  I am not sure why this branch is allowed to continue as it is, with the most unreliable, unprofessional, rude, and self-righteous people who only pretend to be bankers.  I hope Wells Fargo gets to the point  where it will fail and shut down.  If it ever gets there, I won't be surprised.

First the girl that greeted me was texting on cell phone. WHen I said my ATM card was not working she talked down to me like I was stupid. I only had short time during lunch do not need to be lectured at on using a ATM card. Just going to get new card and maybe new bank.

Waited over an hour to see a customer service rep. regarding a fee charged to me. Once I was able to see someone the matter did not get resolved and I was told that the manager would have to approve the fee waiver and someone would call me back later. They called back to say that they would only refund half of the fee.I have been with First Union/Wachovia/Wells Fargo for 22 plus years and have 5 accounts with them. So looking forward to ending this relationship in the near future.

Excellent bankers and tellers, every one at this location seems to be very educated and polite, they always ask me if I would like to drink coffee or water while I am sitting in the lobby. I love each single banker, they are very knowledgeable, A very handsome, exotic banker help me convert my chk account to waive the monthly fee and helped set up my bills online... I just love this branch

Wells Fargo is a great company and has done a great job with managing my accounts.  I recently moved to the area and in the past going into wells fargo was a treat.  The branch in Perkasie is not the same.  The service manager there is rude and made me feel stupid when we talked.  Made a process that was supposed to be easy very long and exhausting.  Had to go back and forth to my house to get papers that I found were not needed.  Went to the branch in Telford and Matt the service manager is 100% better.  He was friendly and extremely helpful.  Was in and out in 15 minutes while the other branch wasted 3 hours of my time.  The motto of this company is "Courtesy".  This branch does not represent the company what so ever.  It is worth your time to head down to Telford for banking.

At first I thought all these terrible reviews were for my branch in Hutto, TX and then I noticed they were from other states and that makes me feel better, because I love my branch. The girls in there are always so sweet and remember me when I come in, even if it's been a while, how do they do that? There's hardly ever a wait and anytime I've had an issue, they took care of it right away. I definitely recommend them.
