WE received great service from Webster Bank in Massapequa Park.  Prompt response when scheduling appointment, no waiting time and knowledgeable service and advice.

I love all the staff and my Kuvasz puppy, Stefan, has been welcomed by the staff here.  They have watched him grow from a nine week old puppy to this now 75 pounds at six months.  They even gave him a nickname, The Cloud.

The bank offered a unique competitive rate but clearly understands service. They know me by name on the second call; provide money and slips to my car with COVID precautions; think through to solutions.

The new branch manager and assistant manager truly understand customer service. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I wish more companies provide the service this branch does.

I've been a Webster Customer for about 10 years now.  I have had extremely good luck dealing with this particular branch. We had a situation come up where another financial institution had a large amount of our money and gave us a stunning $2.06 in interest. No one from that institution contacted me about a better return on investment or a higher yield.  I went to Webster to put the balance of the money in a holding account prior to investing it. The manager, Kelley Hefferan, came over and showed me a high yield account that would actually give me some interest over the short term.  The staff at that branch has always been pleasant and helpful.

I love this bank, especially the chase avenue branch, theres this slim, brunette woman who is quite possibly the prettiest woman in the world. I would love to tell her but too scared in front of employees.

I went there in early October of 2014 for a bank funds letter, and was assisted by a friendly, professional and extremely lovely young lady named Chantelle.  She was both graceful and professional and helped me fully with the bank letter which I needed to have written. I would highly recommend this bank and branch of professional folks!

I have a few ira's with the bank and was searching for their phone number and saw the bad reviews. in defense of the bank at least three of the reviews were clearly written by the same person, perfect punctuation same cadence and even capitalizing one word in each review for EMPHASIS!!
liar liar!!!!
