If I could give them zero star, I would. I've never written a review before, up until today after having the worst customer service experience of my life. The young female bank teller at this Madison location was beyond rude. She was very condescending and did not know what she was doing. She couldn't even greet me with a nice hello or a nice farewell. The least she can do is show some respect for her customers. Definitely not returning to this location unless they hire some new, competent workers.

bad bad bad Mister Mike Gust the branch manager is rude , disrespectful , incompetent to solve a case and sexist. I do not advice this branch nor this bank. they close your account and keep your money for 21 days in the account when it bring them interest back and then may be when tey are done sent you your money the day they feel like it ! they are inhuman and mean people don't care about anything but their own little suit and salary. hypocrites and self fish, judgemental and poorly knowledgeable.
