As far as banks go, this one is bad. They have really forgotten the meaning of customer service. I got the feeling it was time to change banks when management starts agruing with customers. I will say one positive thing...their online banking is quite good, bypasses their horrible customer service practice. If you like waiting in line, arguing with managment, and having to defend against fees that result from the fault of the staff, do your banking here.
