I had an issue with Bill Pay. Call was answered on 2nd ring. My issue was resolved quickly. Alesha provided terrific service. She is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and awesome!! I could not have asked for better service. I have only been a customer with United for a few months. I made a very good decision to bank with United!! I am a very happy camper. Thank you Alesha!!
