This is THE WORST BANK I have ever had to be a part of. Really small with usually only one person working. Did I mention THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING?! I overdrafted fourty dollars so I called and talked to someone about it. Was told I would get a call back but of course I never did. Now I have a collection agency calling me saying I owe over two hundred dollars. THIS BRANCH IS TERRIBLE. DON'T GET AN ACCOUNT HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!

After working with a person from another GF branch who didn't do much, I called with an emergency and worked with the Assistant Manager Deena at the NW Branch.  She was awesome!  She cared - understood it was an emergency - gave us her full attention and time.  In 20 minutes, she had helped us so much. THEN, we realized WE were in error (there was really no emergency afterall); Deena was so very gracious about it. Note: I'm not sure how to spell her name, but she is excellent.  I've never submitted a review before, but I'm so impressed with her customer service - Thank you Deena!

I have never in my life have been so disrespected by someone who is suppose to be giving me customer service. I was cursed at by one of the tellers when she told me I would be charged to close my account. I was with fifth third for 7 years and had never delt with such rude service in my life nor had any issues or problems with my account at fifth third. I went there because that's who my husband was with and we were joining accounts. First they tell you you will receive $100 for opening the account...lie. Than they shut off my card and no one could figure why or who did it...really that makes me nervous that they don't know what they are doin there. Than I was at coach and my check would not go through knowing the money was in there was not only aggravating but embarrassing. I called to ask why they said it was coachs system not there fault...ok. But I only had my account opened for 1 1/2 months after the lady cursed at me on top of all of this awful expierence in such a short time I closed my account. She also waived closing my account early fee because she stated she didn't want to deal with me last time I checked that is your job but hopefully not anymore after the way she spoke to me. Also to charge me to shut of my account is ridiculous that's my money and you did nothing at all to deserve any of it. I have never been so aggregated in such a short period of time. Do yourself a favor am never consider this bank they could careless about there customers or helping them. They should really think about it though there customers are the reason they have there job!

JUST TAKE NOTE THIS BRANCH CLOSES AT 4 PM, not 4:02 and NOT 5 PM ON SUNDAYS.  AND YES THE BRANCH PERSONNEL ARE VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. I would believe the above review is true.

If you are wondering about which bank to choose, go to wells Fargo Beverly hills and check it out. The amazing staff and great service makes your day.  I should say ask for Brad and you will get all of your questioned answered and you will feel relived when you leave. I also met the reginal manger and next day I received a call from Brad  assuring that I have received the service that I needed. This is the bank you want to go to everyday. thank you Ms. Shabnam EBrahimi for your great team!

I was having a lot of issues trying to figure out a $400 charge a recovery agency was coming after me for on a us bank account I closed 4 years ago. Everyone I called told me I had to call someplace else. I called the James Village branch where I opened my account and she was very helpful and told me she'd get all the information she could on it. 2 days later she calls and tells me she figured it out and would be taking care of it for me. Turns out the branch (south everett) I closed my account at didnt fully close it.. so I got a service fee put on there after awhile and from there it was overdraft fees on top of fees. She told me she would take care of it all and was so helpful. While I do not particularly like us bank, the service she provided to someone who was not even a member anymore was great.

I have banked @ US Bank in Franksville ever since they took over.
The staff is wonderful!  I very seldom have a wait and always receive the friendliest service.
I not only bank there personally but have all of the company that I work for accounts there as well!!  Business or personal......you can't go wrong!!

The staff is useless. I am a very patient and positive person but after getting services from this bank I felt the need to warn others. I have never been so insulted or frustrated with a business in my life. The staff managed to be rude and unhelpful as well as not accomidate a basic need. In my opinion I dont think this bank should be in service and I will be telling everyone I know just how horrible it is.

I have been banking here for 5 years. EVERYONE has been helpful and friendly. I can't imagine what the person who wrote the terrible review did to be treated that way.

If I could have given them zero stars, I would have, but there was no option.  The staff is completely useless, the senior manger, Simeon, has no knowledge of what he is actually doing or saying.  He tells you what you want to hear, not what is truthful.  I can not believe how poorly they treat there customers.  They do not care about you.  I would suggest any other bank but this one.  DO NOT USE US BANK!! PERIOD!! YOU MIGHT AS WELL SHRED UP YOUR MONEY AND THROW IT AWAY!! They charge you for everything!! Processing fees, low balance fees, fees after fees after fees.  AVOID US BANK!!!

I have never waited and have always been able to walk right up to the teller and make my transactions.  I have had no issues and the tellers and office staff have been helpful.

If 0 stars was an option I'd choose that!!!! It's unfortunate too because this is the most convenient branch location wise but I go out of my way every time just to avoid the wait, there's no reason what so ever to have to wait over 20 minutes every visit and I'm not talking about Fridays....then when I went inside there were only 3 ppl in line I waited over 30 minutes and watched two extremely healthy men go straight to the front in the handicap line that's never ok then when I called (8 times) to complain no one answered the phone and I was directed to an 800 number!!!!!

The personnel are good people, but the wait time is horrendous. I have waited in the drive thru more than 20 minutes with only 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. This is truly unexceptable. If they person does not have their deposits/withdrawals ready make them go inside or open a Business Only line.

Staff talks a good and helpful story but fails to follow through and is ineffective in efficiently solving relatively simple account problems. No one appears to be in charge. Management seems untrained and lackadaisical and interested in bank profit as opposed to good, effective customer service. Fees are high and service is poor. Unfortunately, such poor service is becoming the standard for the banking industry.

Please don't make the same mistake we've made with US Bank. We opened a checking account with USBank but it turned out we opened a big can of worms. Incompetence, unprofessional, and more incompetence are now the trademark of US Bank - at least that's how they've earned their reputation with us.

So, do yourself a favor, don't even think of opening an account or even walk into a US Bank. Save your headache, your health, and your money: stay away from US Bank.

Many years ago we were customers of US Bank and left.  When we moved to Sisters, OR three years ago we decided to try US Bank again.  Great personable service.  All in this small town bank are great and most helpful.

Worst customer service! Most of the tellers are very impatient. Also one of the ladies that works there ALWAYS has a bad attitude, and doesnt seem to be passionate about her job at all. I dont recommend anyone making an account at this bank.. Very dissapointed.

I would like to thank US Bank for STEALING my $63.60 payment from me. I paid my AT&T phone bill in good faith and had to report to you jerks that a $52.95 charge was not valid. In this process you decided that my AT&T payment was fraud and decided to take it as well. I sent you a faxed letter telling you this was a valid charge; you jerks proceeded to take the money back anyway causing my phone to be disconnected. Now you tell me it was paid to AT&T, and they deny it being paid since you STOLE from them as well. Then a lovely supervisor SARA said it was legitimate and the money was US Banks.....YOU ARE COMMON THEIVES!!!!!!!!!

It so nice to know that you have stolen twice from me, so this is how you make your millions.....STEALING from common people. I'm sure some little girl or guy is going to send me an e-mail stating you aren't thieves it everything is on the up and up??????? Because you don't have the stones to call the person or face them straight up......

I had concerns about my account and the lady in the back right of the bank could not have been less helpful.  She has short black hair and looks to be in her 40's/50's was totally condescending to me.  She literally would not let me get one sentence out without interrupting me.  I have never been treated so poorly ever.   She was rude, condescending, and interrupted me continually to the point of me having to walk away upset.  US Bank should fire this woman, I love US Bank, but this one lady ruined all that.

I went in to close down all accounts that I had with another person at this US Bank Branch. Only they did make it clear that all account had not been closed down, even though I had asked that there be no more connection to this other person through US BAnk. That was not the case. Charges started to appear on a US Premier Line. When I called to ask how this could happen the Bank manager said that they could not close certain accounts down. This was not made clear to me at the time I was there, nor did they say I had this specific kind of account that was linked to this other person. I also called their Fraud department They said that indeed the bank could have closed down this specific account for me. The could have stopped access to the type of account I had. Beware even though you think you have closed everything if someone gets ahold of a Premier Line account card they can still make cash advances. Oh and this person took out $2100.00 from a local ATM no problem. He was able to access and get the pin number too.
