I have been a customer since the 1990's. The bank was formerly San Diego National Bank, and it was always wonderful and deserves five stars! U.S. Bank brought in a new manager, Terri Darton, who screwed up all of the accounts, was rude, unprofessional, and even abusive to the customers, and kept threatening to close the accounts of the good, long-standing customers.
Instead of firing this delinquent manager, U.S. Bank transfered her to Mission Valley. So, we now have our beloved Clairemont Branch back, but the folks in Mission Valley are being subjected to abuse. Beware!
I urge U.S. Bank to fire Terri Darton for cause, and replace her with someone competent and professional.
