All employees at Trustco Bank are amazing in so many ways . Everyone is personable , professional and can not do enough for their customers . The environment is truly like family . I am always impressed by all  employees at the bank , however , a young man named Frank went over and above to assist me in getting my  200.00 returned from a scam company who did withdrawal s on my bank card for over a year . Franks listening skills in relationship to my problem put him in high alert to try to help me get my money returned to me . Frank has had past experience in the dealings of scammers and how they do it and what may help someone get their money back . Because  of Frank’s suggestions as to how to do it speak to them and what to say , I was able to get all my money returned to me that that fake company  who stole from me .  I am extremely grateful to Frank for taking that extra time to help me and get my money  and power back from these thieves !

I only have a checking account with Trustco so only visit this branch once or twice monthly but have always had a positive experience with the bank and especially the staff. I was in earlier today and assisted by Shay, the teller, and Kathy the manager. Both were very pleasant, greeted me warmly as usual when entering the lobby. There is never a wait and I have never had a bad experience with this or any other Trustco branch.
