TD Bank, NORWOOD BRANCH

I am going again tomorrow for gift cards. The last 2 times I did this it was a big problem. Tried to tell me there was a limit and when that did not work told me I should come back during the week, which is not possible for me. My company has 2 accounts with TD Bank. They finally had me give them the list and said they could be picked up on Monday. Received a call 45 minutes later that they were ready and I must come right away to get them. Well, they were ready but instead of being in the boxes, they gave me empty boxes, the card holders all rubber banded together, no amts. on them and the gift cards were rubber banded with a post-it note between the different denominations. I then had to spend several hours putting everything together and calling to verify the amount on each card since many of the post-it notes had fallen off.
If this happens again tomorrow, accounts will be closed and moved to a bank that has some decent customer service.
