I'm with State Bank of India for the last 15 years. I'm very pleased with their service. They are very prompt and helpful. I'm very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Pant and Mr. Bhatti at the Fresno, CA branch.

this bank always give hard time . I like the SBI bank but i don't like the way they implement their policy. they don't care about the customer satisfaction. In my stay of 5 years in USA this is the only bank that i have called lot of times to them , they never care for you.
i don't know why they do it , Online to them is a joke , that really hurt.

Although we have only a few funds, the Bank of India treats us as if we have millions with them. We are treated royally and we feel that our money is secure and safe. They inquire abut our health, call us when we miss CD maturity date, and go out of their way to help us with finances. We have left all other banks and do business only with State Bank of India. The staff is beyond excellent.
