I have been banking with the Kernersville Branch since Pinnacle took over.  The Tellers are excellent and willing to help in any way possible. The management is first class and cares deeply about their customers.  I highly recommend this bank.

As a real estate professional, I did not feel satisfied with other banks in the area, so decided to give Pinnacle a chance. 'I switched, and am glad I did'.

Pinnacle bank has low fees for its business accounts and a better interest rate on savings than most.  They are competitive with their loans and generally eager to please their customers. My only complaint is the low limit on digital deposits I am allowed to make in one day. (I prefer digital banking) My deposits are all at the beginning of the month so I'm forced to make them over a period of days rather than all at one sitting.   There is always a pleasant and helpful teller available during the weekday if I choose to go to the physical location.  My emails are always answered promptly, too.

   We moved here from New Orleans and were looking for a local bank in Knoxville that had personalized service and friendly staff.  I have been searching long and hard and had accounts with three different banks before finding Pinnacle.  My commerical real estate agent suggested Pinnancle bank and said they do more small business loans than any other bank in this area.  Well I walked in there skeptical wondering how they were going to treat me but was shocked to be greeted by a friendly staff member named Terry. The rest of the staff since then has been nothing but wonderful!  It feels like you are visiting family and every single member of this bank goes out of their way to make you feel great every time you go in! I even found out that if you bring your dog while at the drive through they will pass a treat for him! HAHA  I am ecstatic to find such a wonderful bank to work with and trust our families finances with them 100%  
   The only other comment on here was that they are not open on Saturdays.  If that is the only thing you can complain about then gosh life isn't that bad is it!
