That’s why they give you a debit card. I would like Saturday hours too but the benefit of a better human experience far outweighs that they aren’t open on Saturday.  I never have to wait for my teller to finish up in the drive thru or with doing paperwork. They have ample staff and that’s meaningful. Another bank in town has 2 tellers most days. One does business account deposits and the other between drive thru and teller window. Some days I would stand in a line that didn’t move for 15 minutes! No one even looked up at us. At Pinnacle bank, someone always acknowledges me and I rarely have to wait because they have plenty of tellers. Business as it should be. Even McDonalds is taking the human element out of fast food with Kiosks. When looking for a bank find one where there are ample people to look out for you and your account. Run to the bank on your lunch break or just use your debit card.
