Pinnacle has the small bank feel, with all the conveniences that most larger banks offer. The interest rates on savings accounts and CDs are comparable to the larger banks, and the service from the tellers is very professional and friendly. They know their customers by name, and are always ready to serve, no matter what the need may be.

Have banked with this branch for many years. All has been fine until this last couple of years. First off, no overdraft protection for anyone.ZERO. The employees are now so rude(especially the viatenamese lady) and every transaction whether it be just a deposit, or withdrawl, there is always something. Go somewhere else, especially far away from this particular branch. I am closing my acct this week. Sad because of the many years i have banked with them, but things have changed...alot!
