I've been a card holder with Merrick Bank some were around three years, I made a $1,100 + payment and then 2 $14 payment, Aug was the list time I received a on line statement from the bank, I'm a Disable Veteran and was in the process of a home lone when the bank reported I was $13 late for over 30 days on a payment, after Aug I have not received any bills saying I was late or any phone call, so the VA will approve a VA loan, I had no help over the phone and was told to submit the problem in writing thru the mail and it word take 30 + days. Their no reason that no one can address this problem. So my loan was not approved due to this process of Merrick Bank.
