We were with Kitsap bank for over 15 years. We had our business and personal banking with them.We had all our personal and business loans with Kitsap Bank. When sold out business Kitsap Bank elected to call our business loan due because they didn't like the verbiage, even though we used a real estate lawyer to write the purchase and sale agreement. We went to US Bank, they looked at the sale agreement and said no problem! They even had it closed in less the 45 days and they were amazing to deal with. Wow, after all our years at Kitsap Bank and they did this to us, just blew me away. We pulled all our accounts from Kitsap and will not go back. The only good thing about Kitsap Bank is the Bethel Branch and Ellen and her staff they are amazing.On top of everything elese Kitsap Bank went through with motions of appraisal and some other things, charged us over $6000.00 and then they said they were calling our note due. No matter how we pleaded with them they said no, they wouldn't renew our loan. I would not go back to Kitsap, I will not refer anyone to Kitsap Bank. I do not trust them. The only reason our home loan is still there is because of the interest rate being good and the staff at the Bethel Branch is all I deal with.
