Avoid using Suzanne Jacobus as your mortgage banker. She is incompetent and unprofessional. She seems does not care or unwilling to solve your issues. Your need to follow ups with her all the time becasue she either forget documents you provided or gives you false/inaccurate information. You end up with wasting your application fees and get nowhere!!

Quite the contrary, I found this bank to be fast, friendly and effective for my banking needs. Patricia, the manager, is the best banker I've had the pleasure of working with over my past 45 years of banking!

I have only dealt with customer service on the phone or in person, I was all ways helped immediately. The staff greeted me with a smile, they where knowledgable and efficient, every need or issue was taken care of. They listened well, did not rush me and did not waste my time either. I'm happy and am sorry for the people that weren't happy. Sometimes it depend on your attitude how you get treated.

Chase Bank Crystal Lake - My 75 yr old father in law made the tough choice (after 2 years) to change his banking over to Chase so that he could join "online banking" since his wife passed a few years ago and, due to his memory going, he didn't want any more utilites being turned off because he forgets to pay.
He lives in Lake In The Hills so that's the Chase he chose and after going there, almost daily, for several weeks and bringing in ALL of his financials, including his investments outside of Chase and properties he owns, the banker and VP who had been helping him, Danielle, suggested he meet her mom. This alone made us very uncomfortable seeing that, first: How unethical to share that type of information? Second: He is an older man who is very lonely and very desperate to not be alone anymore (his own words) and has a substantial portfolio and to think she would share that information bothered us. He agreed to meet her mom and so Danielle had her mom call him and they went out. He stopped coming around, which was weird but we didn't know what was happening. Three weeks later, he's engaged to be married and, in his own words, "she loves to shop!" (with huge smiles all over his face) He says she's the woman of the house now and wants to change things so she will be redecorating and asked we get any of our "crap" out right away. Furthermore, unbeknownest to us, a senior family friend who is very concerned made a call to the bank manager, Mark, and complained that Danielle would share a customer's personal information let alone, a senior citizen's. The manager sounded astonished and said he didn't know when his employees started playing the "dating game" and he would have to make some calls to find out how to proceed. However, apparently, after he questioned Danielle, he said that she denied it and the manager said it was now a "family conflict" and it was "out of Chase hands" and couldn't help. (How awful!) In the meantime, my husband and I starting receiving phone calls, several a day, from the banker from her personal phones. She left some nasty messages, also via text and the calls have not stopped in over 2 weeks now. The family friend who originally made the call to the bank manager Mark, he called today to say he's had 7 calls from her and her mom (my father-in-law's bride to be). The messages left on his phone are in regards to my father in law's personal files, how she was trying to find them but couldn't, then she found them and wanted to know how to get them to her daughter (Danielle who is the VP at Chase and the one who "set them up" and also which computer they should use...my father-in-law's or hers? and the last message was about her wedding dress she'd decided on...?
We are at a complete loss and are taking this higher as we speak but I wrote this "comment" to warn anyone in the Illinois area about Chase bank's policies and how they are not regarding them or the law. Your personal and private information may be shared freely with anyone the banker or management for sure chooses and if you complain, they are allowed to harrass you at your home, work and cell. From 6:47am to evening hours is free game all because this employee Danielle lied and then denied the allegations and the manager Mark labeled it a "family conflict"...even though most of us have never even met.
Protect yourself, your parents and/or grandparents!

I came to this branch to order the check and made them delivered to the branch. When I came to get my checks, my package was opened . I asked who opened my checks and I was told that the banker who put his name on the delivery package forgot the name of the customer the checks were delivered for. The banker did not know how to put the order into the system. If he did it right, then my name would appear on the package with att. to him. What level of professionalism and confidentiality I can think of in Chase if the bankers do not know how to order checks? Plus another banker was saying that he did a right think.

There were 2 tellers. I was the only one waiting in line. Each was assisting his or own her customer. The lady teller finished her customer. But then instead of calling me, she went to the 2nd window to assist the other teller . (a guy).
There were no other employees to be seen and no one came to help me. These tellers didn't seem to know what they were doing. I kept waiting for 20 mins and they were still not done assisting one customer. I was told that the lady teller is a supervisor or something, but she clearly didn't know how to manage things. She could have brought another agent to help me . She knew i was waiting too long and inpatient. I left the branch unserved & unassisted.

Ewing Chase Bank - Rude and Annoying

We have three accounts here. My wife came in to the branch with a tee shirt with Stunt Double written over her breast. He said three times about her "stunt doubles" and even asked if "her stunt doubles" could do some stunts for him.
Today, my accountant faxed a document to this branch and I went over to open up a new account and was berated by the woman manager, I was not allowed to do this even though, I called them and asked if I could.
So, I am opening up my new account at TD and then will be closing the other three and moving everything to TD.

I visited the Huntington & Shamrock branch one day to perform 2 simple transactions. The 1ST transaction consisted of a check deposit. The 2nd transaction was a withdrawl from the same account where I had an available balance exceeding the amount I wanted to withdrawl. The lady helping me was a manager or supervisor that did not want to give me my money. She kept staring at the screen with a dull confused look on her face until she finally said she was sorry and didnt feel comfortable releasing my money. I was irate, and insisted to speak with someone else but she said they were all unavailabe. This lady needs a refresher course in teller training, was very unprofessional and rude. This banking center is truley the armpit of all chase banking institutions and that supervisor lady needs to be terminated and drug tested because h3r speech and performance show obvious signs of drug use. 2 thumbs down to chase bank on huntington and shamrock.
Horrible Branch!!!

I went here to open my account years ago and the lady assisting me aggressively pushed a credit card on me which I closed as soon as I got home because I felt so uncomfortable with the whole situation.
About a month ago I decided to close my checking account because I had switched to another bank. I went in on 7/26 and was in and out in 15 mins. The gentleman even refunded me the monthly charge they charged me for that month. On 8/26 I get an email telling me that my account is not just open but in a negative due to the monthly charge. I go back to the same branch and another gentleman takes my info and says that everything will be set. By 8/29 my account was still red and open so I went back to the bank to see what is going on.
Another gentleman assisted me and told me because it will take a little bit to process the refund they are giving me for the monthly charge and the account needs to be in the green before they can close it, to give him a call on 8/30 so that he can close it. I decided to go into the back on 8/30 instead of giving him a call to make sure that everything is done properly. Because he was busy with another customer, one of his colleagues assisted me and informed me that the account is in the process of being closed. So even though I did not call him, he had remembered my issue and took the initiative to solve the problem.
He is the only reason I am giving this location 2 stars instead of 1. You guys need more people like him and less people like the first two gentlemen who apparently you pay to stand there and look pretty and not to do their job.

i just received the rudest, most disrespectful treatment
from chase bank vice president karen huntoon
& "relationship banker" keith dron
at the morro bay branch of chase bank.
i have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life! well i have, but not from a bank.
this is a small, wonderful town, and we are better than this.
this is the third time in 3 years that i have been treated rudely at chase and the third time is a charm.
i closed my account and i now do business with community bank on morro bay blvd.
karen and keith need to learn to treat clients with respect.
i am so disappointed with them and with chase.
i know they know better.
every client should be treated the same,
with respect, kindness and a sincere desire to solve problems.
today chase bank let me down in a big way
and they do not deserve my business.

I go to this bank often. Every time I go there, everyone is smiling and eager to help even if I feel like I have a dumb question. They really make you feel like you are not just a customer but part of their Chase family! Emily Popchock was especially helpful! She is such a sweet woman with some great advice!! She recently helped me set up a savings account and explained everything for me clearly! She is just one of the reasons why Chase bank on 16 and John R is the best!

This bank consistently low balls depositors. .01 interest on savings of $10,000 is NOTHING. Although their customer service is excellent, branches have a wonderful atmosphere, little to no waiting time, especially in Los Angeles, JP Chase really, really fails to deliver in interest payments on our money. We have CD's and Money Market accounts at Ally, Sallie Mae, and even our Credit Union. These consistently beat JP Chase. Just 1 nsf fee will wipe out a year's worth of "earned interest".

I was laid off recently and was in the Buckhead area for an interview. I understood that I would need to pay for parking, but when I got there I noticed a sign stating they only take cash or check. I had no cash on me and only $14 in my account, so I couldn't withdraw any cash from an ATM. My only option was to walk a mile in the rain to the nearest Chase branch. I get there and am greeted by 2 ladies. One of the ladies can see that I am soaked and a little distressed so I tell her about my predicament. She then offers to get me some band-aids for my heels as they were cut up on the walk. The guy behind the counter assisted with my withdraw and then offered to get me an umbrella for my walk back. I was blown away by their kindness.

I came in to get a temporary ATM card because my debt card was stolen the night before. I walked into the bank a little after 9am, saw no employees or rather no employees came to greet me. I walked to middle of the bank&look at the drive-thru window. I saw a male&a female talking& the female employee looked at me&didn't even bother to greet me.She kept on talking with the other male employee as if I didn't exist. She waited until she she was done with her conversation before she greeted me& at that time I was only customer in the bank. She told me to wait a few minutes before the male employee name Josh can help so I sat down&waited. While I was waiting I noticed another male employee in the back corner sitting at his desk and another male employee walked out from the back room to look outside &when he turned to walk back into the back room he looked right at me but yet didn't bother to greet me &asked if I needed help. He just went to the back room.By this time my blood is boiling because I am running late to work & I was the only customer in the bank &so called "josh" have not came to help me. Instead he took another customer first. And three more customer walked in the female employee took those three before me.So by that time I'm more agitated because I've been sitting there for 15 mins already and supposingly waiting for this "Josh" employee to help me.So I got up&asked the female employee what's taking so long&then again she said it'll be a few minutes when in fact I was the person who came into the bank before the other four customers!! Finally this "Josh" employee took me &by that time I was beyond furious!! I had asked him why did he take those 4 customers before me&he gave excuses saying the first guy had an appointment &the other employees were off &on vacation.Sorry but what does that have to do with me &poor customer services. He also had the nerve to ask me why did I put my phone down so hard? How I treat my phone is non of his business but his business is keeping his customers happy &satisfy!! I then asked for the branch manager and at that time I was aware that the female employee from earlier was the branch manager&she didn't even apologize or even came out to talk to me. These are the reasons why I have never liked this location. I have nothing against Chase as a corporation but I do have problems with the employees at this location because they are rude&have no ethics to treating customers&having very very poor customer service so I don't highly recommend this location at all!! How the manager acts is reflected in their fellow employees. ****"Josh" also told me that the manager can not help customers but while I was waiting she did three transaction before I was helped. So what's the point of having or being a manager if you can not tend to customers.. I've never heard in my whole entire life that managers can not tend to customers!!!

I went to this location for the first time to cash my paycheck. The staff member took my license which is usually all they ask for but then continued to make me go to my car to get two additional copies before refusing to cash my check for no understandable reason. Will never give my business here again.

We've banked with Chase since it absorbed Wells Fargo. It's always been fine, no problems. We've lost our checkbook before and they've been great with helping recover lost $$. I love their check deposits on their ATM. As a small business owner, I'm constantly depositing checks, and this saves so much time. I like Chase Quickpay as well.

We deposited a foreign check on our Chase Bank Account and asked the bank when we would know that the funds would be available. They told us that as soon at it appeared as collected in our online banking. 2 weeks later finally the checked appeared as cleared... two days later Chase took the check amount out of our account with an extra $576.00 usd yes, $576.00 usd claiming that it was exchange rate fees.
