Terrible Service for Business Banking. Chase bank has been auto-debiting $9.95/month since January of 2010 in addition to their $12.00/month 'Service Fee'. I have requested to seize their auto-debit , however, years later the fees continued on my Business Account. I visited this branch to make them aware of their fees. They were unable to help, so I requested to close my account. The representative got defensive and said I would have to come in another day as I had a pending transaction crediting my bank. He refused to make an exception as what I deposited was cash;not checks and my account would reflect a higher balance immediately.

lost my money over a 1500 check

I went through the drive thru teller on july 2,2013 and deposited over 1600 check. i cashed a hundred out and was putting the rest into my account. the teller tells me that the funds will be available on the 3rd. so today i go into my acccount and not a trace of money is there. i call the 800 number and the lady tells me there is nothing she can do because they will need to investigate and find out where the money is. so i asked to speak to her manager and this woman that gets on the phone keeps apologizing again telling me she can not help me and tomorrow is the holiday so i have to wait and call back on friday in which they can then research the check and where it went. ????? really are they kidding me. no freakin way was that going to happen. hello i mean we are not talking ten dollars missing. i have bills due including my house pymt and they are like oh well. i tell them it is unacceptable and will call channel 3 az news if i have to the cops whatever i need to do because the ass they hired misplaced or decided to keep my money idk but this is not my fault nor my families so why do we have to suffer?? why is it ok that the kid who deposited my funds who doesnt no his ass from a hole in the ground gets to go to work and potentially screw someone elses money up and if he is dishonest get to keep a job and do it again to someone. oh and get to enjoy his holiday?? and nothing else matter but the fact that they needed to fix what happened. i just wonder how they would feel if this was happening to them and their money was missing. so i got another manager who did go ahead and deposit 1500 even into my account which is still not all due to me but better then nothing and i can pay my bills and bring my kids to see the fireworks tomorrow without the anxiety as high. but until this is 100percent resolved i am not going to feel right. and i am now really thinking of bringing our buisness elsewhere. i havent had a good week with chase. the guy who is the manager on the signal butte baseling branch thinks his shit doesnt stink and made some really rude comments to me while i was opening my account. i should of know and told him he can keep his checking account along with his jerky attitude. very unhappy overall and i am going to be looking for another bank to bank with. i prob will be going back to bank of america. they were always good to my husband and i and always always resolved issues that ever arised.

My wife and I decided to give Chase a try since they have better benefits and lower merchant rates. The problem I have with this location is they are so rude. There were 3 Chase employee that said to me on different days,"Is that your mom?" Referring that my wife is my mom. Are you serious? My wife and I run a business together pushing 12hrs. 6 days a week. She work very hard and I don't appreciate the insult. How about if you don't know how the client is related to each other than just ask. So how do you guys know each other or related?

Hello I’m in desperate need of help!
We are a financial struggling family and was forced to sell my vehicle due to my fiancé
Breaking his back and unable to work so our house payments fell behind as well as all
Other living expenses so on 5-30-13 I sold my vehicle and went to deposit at the ATM $5100.00
All the money we had to our name only for me to get a receipt stating machine having technical difficulties
And me no money and to this day I’m still being told they haven’t resolved this issue and I’m having to call
My utility companies and explain, also this very same day our only means of transportation one and only car now
That I sold mine the clutch went out luckily our mechanic friend new our situation and let us do an IOU.
Not to mention we had planed on taking our 8yr old and her 7yr old cousin to Panama City the Friday of 5-31-13
Of course we had to tell them we couldn’t go as well we had to tell them again last Friday after I was told by
The bank that I still don’t have my money & mind you this puts me in NSF but they do credit me back that however
I have no access to MY money and my life has been put on hold for almost two weeks.

Worst experience i had in a long time.. I use this Dominick's branch rather that the LaGrange
Location due to the customer service, and knowledge of the personal
Bankers. Would recommend this location to everyone.Kudos

Today gave cause for me to reach out to Sean (personal banker)and to my dismay I'm told he's not with them anymore. I'm transferred to Chris Martinez, the replacement, who's first recourse is to suggest I call "telephone banking" to discuss my account. Apparently this branch's newest "personal" banker isn't "personal". Once a 5-star branch - no longer useful.

I can't believe I'm not seeing five stars for this branch. I have had the most amazing customer service. We currently bank at three banks and Chase is superior by far, particularly in terms of customer service. Our banker, Brian Hageman is awesome.

Chase at Seattle hill road and 132nd is the best bank in the area. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and really cares about helping you. Most of the employees live in the community and have been at the same location for years.The management is always available and goes above and beyond also. This location is close to home but also very convenient when out of the area. The technology is far superior to any other bank. Forget banking anywhere else.

One of the worst Chase branch in high net area of Westchase in Tampa FL

This is one of the worst J P Morgan Chase branch in Westchase (Tampa) Florida. Customer service is the worst including the Mortgage Banker who never returns calls. This building was purchased by Chase from Bay Cities Bank in Tampa Florida and when Bay Cities Bank was there, Customer Service was World Class under the direction of the branch manager.
The current branch manager (April 22, 2013) is useless including the office staff. I can't wait to have this branch closed. This branch does not have a notary service during normal business hours. What a shame!!

"Joe" at the branch on 88th and sheridan was busy telling stories with another staff person, over hearing the slang word "F...", but the storytelling ended when a pleasant and helpful teller, asked "Joe" to help me with my deposit. The teller came over and acted strange, saying things like "how's you interest rate, is it like being on crack"? My response was to stop talking with him.He really lacks common customer skills training. He acts as if he is a 17-year-old and this is his 1st job.

A family member suggested that I try out chase for my banking needs. When I went to the flemington, nj chase I was greeted right away. I was offered coffee while I waited to meet with a personal banker. After a short wait I was introduced to Sandra. I wanted to open a checkings, savings, and a liquid debit card. Sandra was very educated on the advantages and benefits of each product. After setting up my checkings, savings and liquid card, Sandra suggested that I apply for their chase credit card. Prior to applying, Sandra explained the promotions and how I can maximize my benefits by using my chase credit card. As much as I was excited with switching banks, so was Sandra. Sandra also planned to call me after a week to make sure everything is going well with my accounts which is something I've never had any other bank do. I am very happy with chase and I'm glad I will be banking with them.
