The customer service here is outstanding ! I do my
Business , as well as personal banking with Chase.
I use this Dominick's branch rather that the LaGrange
Location due to the customer service, and knowledge of the personal
Bankers. Would recommend this location to everyone.Kudos
To personnel for consistently hiring outstanding people.

Past experiences with this branch have always been superb, which is why I maintain my primary accounts with Chase. If I've ever had a question or required assistance it was just one call away. Today gave cause for me to reach out to Sean (personal banker)and to my dismay I'm told he's not with them anymore. I'm transferred to Chris Martinez, the replacement, who's first recourse is to suggest I call "telephone banking" to discuss my account. Apparently this branch's newest "personal" banker isn't "personal". Once a 5-star branch - no longer useful.

notified my branch that I had been phished for confidential info twice this week with bogus chase website.  They could have cared less. How did they tie my email to my chase account?  Don't feel safe here.  They suc..

I can't believe I'm not seeing five stars for this branch. I have had the most amazing customer service. We currently bank at three banks and Chase is superior by far, particularly in terms of customer service. Our banker, Brian Hageman is awesome.

Chase at Seattle hill road and 132nd is the best bank in the area. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and really cares about helping you. Most of the employees live in the community and have been at the same location for years.The management is always available and goes above and beyond also. This location is close to home but also very convenient when out of the area. The technology is far superior to any other bank. Forget banking anywhere else.

One of the worst Chase branch in high net area of Westchase in Tampa FL

This is one of the worst J P Morgan Chase branch in Westchase (Tampa) Florida. Customer service is the worst including the Mortgage Banker who never returns calls. This building was purchased by Chase from Bay Cities Bank in Tampa Florida and when Bay Cities Bank was there, Customer Service was World Class under the direction of the branch manager.

The current branch manager (April 22, 2013) is useless including the office staff. I can't wait to have this branch closed. This branch does not have a notary service during normal business hours. What a shame!!

"Joe" at the branch on 88th and sheridan was busy telling stories with another staff person, over hearing the slang word "F...", but the storytelling ended when a pleasant and helpful teller, asked "Joe" to help me with my deposit. The teller came over and acted strange, saying things like "how's you interest rate, is it like being on crack"? My response was to stop talking with him.He really lacks common customer skills training. He acts as if he is a 17-year-old and this is his 1st job.

A family member suggested that I try out chase for my banking needs. When I went to the flemington, nj chase  I was greeted right away. I was offered coffee while I waited to meet with a personal banker. After a short wait I was introduced to Sandra. I wanted to open a checkings, savings, and a liquid debit card. Sandra was very educated on the advantages and benefits of each product. After setting up my checkings, savings and liquid card, Sandra suggested that I apply for their chase credit card. Prior to applying,  Sandra explained the promotions and how I can maximize my benefits by using my chase credit card. As much as I was excited with switching banks, so was Sandra. Sandra also planned to call me after a week to make sure everything is going well with my accounts which is something I've never had any other bank do. I am very happy with chase and I'm glad I will be banking with them.

I especially have nothing but high marks for this branch...I own a home in MI I rent out and live out of state..If ever in need all I have to do is make a phone call to this branch and they take care of my needs...prior to my move the service was exceptional in my opinion I especially appreciate the professionalism and great customer care from Erica a personal banker at the branch she is professional prompt courteous and always friendly.

Demand for copies of Notary Journal Line Entries

My lawyer looked at a Will Dated July 16,2011-with a Notary Stamp from Brett A Jones- This Will shows my uncle is fine-No signature of my uncle on this Will-also 2 more signatures showing my uncle sound in mind.
My uncle had just got out the hospital July 4,2011& I know he was still  sick.
This Brett A Jones never responsed to the lawyers request.
& this paper if forged.

Remarkably unprofessional, from the loud blaring music overhead, to the staff being generally uninformed and unable to answer basic questions, to not communicating with clients about simple questions, to making errors with basic tasks, to all kinds of obsequious lip service with limited know-how. I am looking for a professional competent banker in the area bec I will not be using this branch for my banking needs.

Favorite chase location!

I go to the Cherry Grove location, and I LOVE it! The staff is extremly friendly and professional. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a bank. Becky and Lynsay are awesome they know me by name, always ask about myself and my child...in other words they care enough about their members to pay attention to things that are important to the members themselves. The rest of the staff is friendly as well. I would highly suggest this bank to anyone...if your looking for a professional, and well maintained bank then you should definitely go with chase!

Mortgage Loan application process was a horrible experience. Chase failed in so many ways, I do not believe I have the space to write all the areas where they need improvement. This process dragged for over 2 months. The branch loan officer was difficult to reach, did not return calls in a timely fashion. He would call back after 9:00 pm, or would text which I consider informal and unprofessional. I attempted to contact his manager who did not return my calls when I had so many concerns with this process. I felt I was not treated as a valued customer, and will never use Chase again or recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

Been a Chase/WaMu customer since I first opened a bank account with highschool graduation checks. I worked in the shopping center there in Highland, always went in there for transactions. When my purse was stolen I was still able to get help because they knew and recognized me. When I needed to make payments to another Chase account for a personal loan they helped me out. Nice and professional. I did however sign something asking that they not pay out anything if I don't have funds in my account to avoid the $34 charge. They cashed at $370 check in the morning, I checked my account online because I knew I had written the check and was close to being out of money, it did not show it was cashed, I used my card 3 times that day and didn't put cash in until I got off work at 9pm. The deposit was after 8 so it went in on the next day and I got a $34 charge for EACH of the three uses. When I said Hey I signed so this wouldn't happen they said that it doesn't apply to checks... Also not a fan of the fact that when I went on maternity leave I got charged for my account for 4 months because my paychecks weren't being direct deposited and the EDD puts the money on a Bank of America card but that's just me missing the Washington Mutual free checking

I am very upset.  I just found out through a conversation with my friends that the mortgage broker, Sue, gave my information out to the next customer.  She gave my occupation, relative age, pre-qual decision, and reason for getting a pre-qual with Chase to the next customer. Although she didn't give my name, these information gave away my identity to these people.
Why in the world would a bank employee give so much information?
I expected more professionalism.  I am very upset.
