I have had nothing but excellent service from Laura, Branch Manager, and her staff. I opened a commercial account and she recommended an awesome commercial banker from Glenview. Every time I have come into this bank for service I meet with someone right away. Laura has jumped through hoops to get an issues resolved quickly. I find her to be extremely knowledgeable and her staff is very proactive in making suggestions for me to better my experience with their product offerings.

I met with the banker Travis and Manager.   I had a question about my Direct Deposit switch. Travis knows his stuff.  He is very experienced. He not only gave me the info I needed for work.  He contacted my HR for me to get it setup.   My payroll person was extremely impressed that my bank did that for me.  He is also helping me move funds I had at my old job to an IRA for me. He has made banking easy.  I also met two nice tellers.  Supper friendly.

I have had accounts with Bank of America and TD Bank and had terrible experience with both..I opened up an account with Chase hoping it would be better and so far I am very happy! I would normally avoid going inside the bank at all times but because of the tellers here I prefer it to using the ATM. My first time here I had an issue with a check and the ladies helped me for over 20 minutes to try to resolve it. Now, every time I go in they recognize my face & know my name...service is great, people are great, no complaints whatsoever!

UNMARKED OBSTRUCTIONS IN ENTRANCE DRIVEWAY

I WENT TO THIS BRANCH FOR THE FIRST TIME TO MAKE AN ATM DEPOSIT. THE ENTRANCE DRIVEWAY HAS HAZARDS THAT ARE NOT MARKED. THE HAZARDS DAMAGED THE SIDE OF MY TRUCK. THERE IS NOT ANY PROPER SIGNAGE. THIS LOCATION HAS A POORLY MAINTAINED EXTERIOR PARKING ENTRANCE.

I am very happy with Post Commons Chase.  Everyone is so nice and friendly.  I love that they know me by name whenever I go in.  The employees are always eager to take care of my needs.  I will be with this branch for the long haul.  Thank you!

I have been a Chase customer for several years and I have not had any issues with the bank or the staff. The tellers have always greeted me and have had small talk while processing my transactions. I also opened a new business account and the banker was very helpful and explained to me the many services which Chase offers. I am very happy with Chase and my branch of choice is 79th and Cicero.

I thought all the really stupid Chase employees lived in Florida. After how this branch chose to treat Darryl Fulton, I now see that Chase hires the inept all across the country. How foolish is it to choose personal prejudice over good customer relations? How thoughtless was the employee at that branch to make a snap decision instead of consulting with a district manager or other higher up? The point of a bank is to amass deposits. The man wanted to make a deposit. The employee's decision to reject the deposit goes against the most basic tenet of banking. Even if there were questions regarding the check's face, the employee should have resolved them through speaking with Mr. Fulton's attorney...and faxed a copy to a higher up for a second opinion. Choosing the just and customer-oriented manner of managing the deposit instead of "we think you're a criminal, so we are going to block your deposit" route would have saved this bank name and thus particular branch AND that employee the blowback that is so rightfully coming their way. Shame on Chase. Shame on the employee.

This branch of Chase is quite nice.  Although it is smaller and not as attractive to the naked eye as the ones in Boardman or Niles, it is filled with nice staff and there isn't a large waiting time.  I have read the comments about problems with deposits, services, and rude bankers/bank tellers and you can't always depend on the people who complain.  This branch has 3 stars but the reason why I am rating it all 5 is because I have not have any trouble with anyone there.

I come in and go to a teller that will take me, cash my check, and then proceed to leave.  Some of the tellers enjoy "small talk" if you don't have a ton of people behind you.  It's also customary to come in with a good mood and attitude.  I am assuming that the people here that are complaining came in with nasty attitudes in the first place because I have never had any of the problems described and know many people who actually like the bank.  Acting like a moron and being demanding isn't going to help your case.  I've also never had any problems with the bankers when depositing large checks or withdrawing a large amount.  They are quite informative and friendly.

I came in to exchange a worn one hundred dollar bill. First the teller told me the bill was fake and felt like plastic. I ask to see the bank manager she took her sweet time to get up to speak to me. When she finally came over she told me that chase doesn't take old bills and rolled it up and threw at me and told me to leave the bank or she call the police. I took the bill across the street and the post office exchange my bill for me no problem. Later that day I Called the chase number on the chase website and the customer service number to tell someone what had happen to me and the representative had the nerve to give me the number of the chase branch I walked into. All in all I have never had a chase card and I never will after what had happen to me. If this review stops just one person from going to chase bank then I have done my job as a concerned citizen. In conclusion chase of Yonkers is not a peoples branch chase banks are not friendly you have many more options when it comes to your money. You should be treated with respect when you walk into a place of business.

I have been with this bank for a few years and have not had any issues with their service.  I generally do online banking and ATM transactions, but when I have gone in for service I have never had an issue.  Chase has great mobile apps.

I went in to make almost a 10,000 deposit, only waited about 20 seconds to be called, the teller was very friendly and caring. The staff offers a great customer service. I had a question about my accounts and the teller personally walked me over to the banker. She was also very friendly and kind. Im very satisfied with their service. I love Chase !!

I heard a super bad story about a friend of mine who went into this bank.
I wasn't at all shocked when I heard my buddy's story because I experienced a great deal of this there myself when I opened an account.

 The banker there named Cindy ly not only flirts calls your personal number checks into your account info and sends personal cards with doodles to you but the idea of professionalism is to not do anything about a problem. Sexual harassment runs strong at this bank!!!

$3,000 deposit at teller window, end of day, Friday. Registered as $30.00, amidst laughing/joking counter clerks.Discovered mistake, over weekend. Told nothing could be done over weekend. Meanwhile,AmEx wire transfer denied, shutting down Gold Card.Went to branch,Mondayam Took FIVE people to confirm patently clear mistake acknowledged by phone over weekend. Credit for mistake hit my account twice/twice debited check writer's account!Tuesday afternoon:Trying to get letter faxed to AmEx, after call back request left with yet person. Repeated calls to mailbox number, unanaswered. Branch manager calls, asking why she hasn't heard from me. A day in total frustration.

Our business banks with Chase and we were trying to get a loan, which they declined.  We easily got the loan from Citizens National Bank, where they are more small business friendly.  Then, the paperwork (old property appraisals and environmental assessments) were lost.  The asst VP (joke) first told us he returned them to us, then told us he never took them from us.  I have it documented that he did.  He can't even keep his lies straight.  No one will return my call now, so apparently this is not a rare occurence.  We are moving all our business and personal accounts out of this bank!!!

They have a new teller/banker there. I thought he was rather friendly. Now I think I know why. He opened a new account for me and asked if I wanted to set up Direct Deposit from Social Security. I said no. I will handle that myself when I feel comfortable with this bank. Then 11 days later he calls on my cell phone and says he noticed not much activity on my account. I was a bit surprised at why he was even looking at my account. I told him I would have more activiy when I feel more comfortable with my new account. Now I just went to my account online with social security and see that someone, not me, has changed my direct deposit to go to this bank and my new account rather than the other account I had already set up with my other bank. This was not me as I was not ready to do so  yet and I always set up my own direct deposit accounts. I have never allowed a bank to do so for me. This new banker has only been there since September of this year so he may be up to something shady. Be very carefull if you bank there.

The assistant manager at the Amboy branch is rude and not friendly. I came in to deposit some checks for my girl friend and waited on line. There was only 2 people ahead of me and it seemed like an eternity that we waited. But to make things worse, the customer service representatives were just gossiping and laughing. Not once did make eye contact to assist me or the other people on line. After 5 mins of waiting I was called to the window and gave my deposit. Not a hello or a sorry for your wait. The 2 reps behind me were still laughing and having a grand old time when I asked the teller to speak up louder because I could not hear her over the 2 hyenas behind me. She asked me if I wanted the balance on the receipt and I said ok, then she proceeded to ask me for my id because my name was not on the account. I told her its fine, I dont need the balance and would not have agreed to put it on the receipt unless she asked me for them. She started to grumble and I asked her to speak with the manager. She then said I am the assistant manager what can I do for you in a nasty tone. between the wait, and the nasty grumbling management, I am convincing my girlfriend to close her accounts to sovereign bank which is directly across the street. Guess Chase does not need the wedding account that we just opened 2 months ago and the mortgage that we were planning to do with them

I have to say that I cannot believe these reviews! I have found this to be the best bank in Naples! The service has always been with a smile. I made an error in my account and they couldn't help me enough. Every time that I am there, I am always greeted with a smile. I am an average banker that lives week to week and they treat me like I am the richest one. I can't say enough for this bank. Top professionals in my book! You guys are the best!
