I go to this bank often. Every time I go there, everyone is smiling and eager to help even if I feel like I have a dumb question. They really make you feel like you are not just a customer but part of their Chase family! Emily Popchock was especially helpful! She is such a sweet woman with some great advice!! She recently helped me set up a savings account and explained everything for me clearly! She is just one of the reasons why Chase bank on 16 and John R is the best!

This bank consistently low balls depositors. .01 interest on savings of $10,000 is NOTHING. Although their customer service is excellent, branches have a wonderful atmosphere, little to no waiting time, especially in Los Angeles, JP Chase really, really fails to deliver in interest payments on our money. We have CD's and Money Market accounts at Ally, Sallie Mae, and even our Credit Union. These consistently beat JP Chase. Just 1 nsf fee will wipe out a year's worth of "earned interest".

I was laid off recently and was in the Buckhead area for an interview. I understood that I would need to pay for parking, but when I got there I noticed a sign stating they only take cash or check. I had no cash on me and only $14 in my account, so I couldn't withdraw any cash from an ATM. My only option was to walk a mile in the rain to the nearest Chase branch. I get there and am greeted by 2 ladies. One of the ladies can see that I am soaked and a little distressed so I tell her about my predicament. She then offers to get me some band-aids for my heels as they were cut up on the walk. The guy behind the counter assisted with my withdraw and then offered to get me an umbrella for my walk back. I was blown away by their kindness.

I came in to get a temporary ATM card because my debt card was stolen the night before. I walked into the bank a little after 9am, saw no employees or rather no employees came to greet me. I walked to middle of the bank&look at the drive-thru window. I saw a male&a female talking& the female employee looked at me&didn't even bother to greet me.She kept on talking with the other male employee as if I didn't exist. She waited until she she was done with her conversation before she greeted me& at that time I was only customer in the bank. She told me to wait a few minutes before the male employee name Josh can help so I sat down&waited. While I was waiting I noticed another male employee in the back corner sitting at his desk and another male employee walked out from the back room to look outside &when he turned to walk back into the back room he looked right at me but yet didn't bother to greet me &asked if I needed help. He just went to the back room.By this time my blood is boiling because I am running late to work & I was the only customer in the bank &so called "josh" have not came to help me. Instead he took another customer first. And three more customer walked in the female employee took those three before me.So by that time I'm more agitated because I've been sitting there for 15 mins already and supposingly waiting for this "Josh" employee to help me.So I got up&asked the female employee what's taking so long&then again she said it'll be a few minutes when in fact I was the person who came into the bank before the other four customers!! Finally this "Josh" employee took me &by that time I was beyond furious!! I had asked him why did he take those 4 customers before me&he gave excuses saying the first guy had an appointment &the other employees were off &on vacation.Sorry but what does that have to do with me &poor customer services. He also had the nerve to ask me why did I put my phone down so hard? How I treat my phone is non of his business but his business is keeping his customers happy &satisfy!! I then asked for the branch manager and at that time I was aware that the female employee from earlier was the branch manager&she didn't even apologize or even came out to talk to me. These are the reasons why I have never liked this location. I have nothing against Chase as a corporation but I do have problems with the employees at this location because they are rude&have no ethics to treating customers&having very very poor customer service so I don't highly recommend this location at all!! How the manager acts is reflected in their fellow employees. ****"Josh" also told me that the manager can not help customers but while I was waiting she did three transaction before I was helped. So what's the point of having or being a manager if you can not tend to customers.. I've never heard in my whole entire life that managers can not tend to customers!!!

We've banked with Chase since it absorbed Wells Fargo. It's always been fine, no problems. We've lost our checkbook before and they've been great with helping recover lost $$. I love their check deposits on their ATM. As a small business owner, I'm constantly depositing checks, and this saves so much time. I like Chase Quickpay as well.

We deposited a foreign check on our Chase Bank Account and asked the bank when we would know that the funds would be available. They told us that as soon at it appeared as collected in our online banking. 2 weeks later finally the checked appeared as cleared... two days later Chase took the check amount out of our account with an extra $576.00 usd yes, $576.00 usd claiming that it was exchange rate fees.

Terrible Service for Business Banking. Chase bank has been auto-debiting $9.95/month since January of 2010 in addition to their $12.00/month 'Service Fee'. I have requested to seize their auto-debit , however, years later the fees continued on my Business Account. I visited this branch to make them aware of their fees. They were unable to help, so I requested to close my account. The representative got defensive and said I would have to come in another day as I had a pending transaction crediting my bank. He refused to make an exception as what I deposited was cash;not checks and my account would reflect a higher balance immediately.

lost my money over a 1500 check

I went through the drive thru teller on july 2,2013 and deposited over 1600 check. i cashed a hundred out and was putting the rest into my account. the teller tells me that the funds will be available on the 3rd. so today i go into my acccount and not a trace of money is there. i call the 800 number and the lady tells me there is nothing she can do because they will need to investigate and find out where the money is. so i asked to speak to her manager and this woman that gets on the phone keeps apologizing again telling me she can not help me and tomorrow is the holiday so i have to wait and call back on friday in which they can then research the check and where it went. ????? really are they kidding me. no freakin way was that going to happen. hello i mean we are not talking ten dollars missing. i have bills due including my house pymt and they are like oh well. i tell them it is unacceptable and will call channel 3 az news if i have to the cops whatever i need to do because the ass they hired misplaced or decided to keep my money idk but this is not my fault nor my families so why do we have to suffer?? why is it ok that the kid who deposited my funds who doesnt no his ass from a hole in the ground gets to go to work and potentially screw someone elses money up and if he is dishonest get to keep a job and do it again to someone. oh and get to enjoy his holiday?? and nothing else matter but the fact that they needed to fix what happened. i just wonder how they would feel if this was happening to them and their money was missing. so i got another manager who did go ahead and deposit 1500 even into my account which is still not all due to me but better then nothing and i can pay my bills and bring my kids to see the fireworks tomorrow without the anxiety as high. but until this is 100percent resolved i am not going to feel right. and i am now really thinking of bringing our buisness elsewhere. i havent had a good week with chase. the guy who is the manager on the signal butte baseling branch thinks his shit doesnt stink and made some really rude comments to me while i was opening my account. i should of know and told him he can keep his checking account along with his jerky attitude. very unhappy overall and i am going to be looking for another bank to bank with. i prob will be going back to bank of america. they were always good to my husband and i and always always resolved issues that ever arised.

Every time I have had the occasion to visit our local Chase branch, I have been impressed with how friendly and professional all employees are! Noah Koterba is an outstanding investment advisor who really cares about clients.
The online services are very advanced in comparison with other banks.

My wife and I decided to give Chase a try since they have better benefits and lower merchant rates. The problem I have with this location is they are so rude. There were 3 Chase employee that said to me on different days,"Is that your mom?" Referring that my wife is my mom. Are you serious? My wife and I run a business together pushing 12hrs. 6 days a week. She work very hard and I don't appreciate the insult. How about if you don't know how the client is related to each other than just ask. So how do you guys know each other or related?

Hello I’m in desperate need of help!
We are a financial struggling family and was forced to sell my vehicle due to my fiancé
Breaking his back and unable to work so our house payments fell behind as well as all
Other living expenses so on 5-30-13 I sold my vehicle and went to deposit at the ATM $5100.00
All the money we had to our name only for me to get a receipt stating machine having technical difficulties
And me no money and to this day I’m still being told they haven’t resolved this issue and I’m having to call
My utility companies and explain, also this very same day our only means of transportation one and only car now
That I sold mine the clutch went out luckily our mechanic friend new our situation and let us do an IOU.
Not to mention we had planed on taking our 8yr old and her 7yr old cousin to Panama City the Friday of 5-31-13
Of course we had to tell them we couldn’t go as well we had to tell them again last Friday after I was told by
The bank that I still don’t have my money & mind you this puts me in NSF but they do credit me back that however
I have no access to MY money and my life has been put on hold for almost two weeks.
I’ve called I’ve gone in person with no resolution to this I’ve only had two returned calls after I’ve left many.

Worst experience i had in a long time.. I was looking for some help with my accounts ive been banking with chase for over 20 years I saw a woman Natasha Bucks who wasent busy at all i ask if she can help me with a charge on my account.. I was told she only helps premier private customers and i need to have more then 100,000 to even talk with her, she pointed to go see someone in the front and walked away from me with a smug attitude.. i never had anyone make me feel so worthless like that needless to say i am closing my acocunts there no one should be that rude.
