While this is not a "Big" bank, their customer service is outstanding. I would much rather bank with a branch where they know me and my name, and care about assisting me, then some Big national bank where you're just a number. The branch managers - Lianne, and now Minda, are excellent!

I have been banking at that branch 4 8 years I have Never failed to be Greeted As if I was their only customer They are so friendly And Eager to help If they don't have an answer for a question they will get the answer for you right away I just love my bank and I appreciate you everyone that works there If you're looking for a bread bag go to your nearest branch of Great Southern And be part of their family Thank you for listening or reading

I have banked with these people since 2001. I have NEVER had any problem with them at all. There were a few times where I messed up or things happened out of my control, they pardoned and made things right for me and my family. I can't complain about Great Southern Bank at all, in fact, I appreciate them more than I can say!!! :)
