I have been with this bank since it bought out the previous bank.  I have multiple accounts and if one account is overdrawn they charge me fees even though the other accounts have more than enough to cover the transaction.  They will allow you to sign up for a 'sweep account' for which they will charge you a fee.  There is already a fee for the checking account and now they want another fee to avoid an overdraft fee.  No thank you.

Got a brand new car loan, I have had my bank send them my payments so I had confirmation and guarantee of it's arrival on a specific date.  THEY HAVE LOST ALL THREE PAYMENTS!  I'm having to hand deliver my payments now.  Oh and if you call be prepared to be on hold anywhere from 15 to 30 min.
