We've banked with Frost bank for 8 years and loved them and their service.  Banking was a breeze.  We bought all of our insurance through them, homeowners, flood, umbrella, car - and that is when the trouble started. I don't know that they are intentionally misleading, but they certainly don't service what they sell - and their capability levels are low; definitely a bank trying to do insurance work.  So disappointed in their customer service and capabilities this last round, that we've decided to leave -and take our banking money with us.  Too bad. They should stick to banking and regain their reputation for excellent customer service.

The Mueller Branch is beautiful, with ample parking spaces, coffee and cookies in the morning, newspapers and computers for the customers. Banking people have been very polite.
There is, however, an ad for another bank in the middle of the Frost bank information at this site.  Is there perhaps a problem with computer security???  On the negative side, it is almost impossible to find a bank person who knows anything about the holding company aspect.

Frost Bank is a wonderful, customer friendly, and always welcoming bank. I have had many beautiful experiences with this location at 1604 and Blanco Road, but this last week will be one of my best. I went in to get a document notarized and was told right away that all personal bankers were busy  with other customers. I completely understood and was about to leave when the Security Guard (can't remember his name but he is a wonderful asset to this location) said he would try to find someone to help me..It was nearly closing time and I knew that it was a bad time to come this close to closing...BUT...he insisted that he would locate a notary for me. I was about to leave and in the parking lot to get in my car....and out runs Misty Thompson....what an angel....she took me back in and apologized for my wait and inconvenience and quickly notarized my document and I was on my way. What an incredible display of customer service from her and the kind security guard....over and above the call of duty. THANKS TO FROST BANK FOR HAVING THESE FOLKS TO TAKE A+ CARE OF OUR CUSTOMER NEEDS...all employees at this location have been wonderful and I thank you for them as well!!!!

There is a humorous commercial with a singer belting out the words, "I love my bank."  Well, I too love my bank.  During and after my divorce I encountered some financial problems and misunderstandings.  The employees at Frost simply could not have been any more helpful - to the point of keeping me supplied with tissues as I cried my eyes out. These people were wonderful and eventually managed to extricate me from several problems.  Even when I just make a deposit or withdrawal, the Frost people are courteous, warm and friendly.  In a world filled with hurry, worry, and pressure, the Frost family has always treated me very well.
