I love the staff at first Utah bank. I had banked with the same bank for over a decade. I've not once regretted my decision to change. They know me by name, they even know my family. I LOVE first Utah bank!

Been totally frustrated trying to reach Carol Lund or Chris Simmons today as the telephone keeps circling back to a constant circle when trying to reach either of these managers. Is the bank still operating?

I'm surprised that the bank has failed to post a corrective or mitigating comment or explanation to this negative comment, and is letting it stand unanswered. This does not look good.

I've yet to have this experience. Generally things like this have nothing to do with a bank's failure to do something, but a circumstance that was out of their control. They are still in business, and they are awesome. I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
