The most incompetent loan officers I have ever worked with in a lifetime of home purchases. Multiple misapplied payments to the wrong accounts, leaving me with late fees that would have continued, had they not been caught by me. And, despite the fact that I have been in the the branch to try to mitigate these problems, I still face them month after month. Which leads me to conclude that the staff is completely inept. Stay away from this bankâvery far away.

been with bank when it was Main Source and stayed after the merger but i live in portage and have to go to hobart to do banking so i try to combine errands to make one trip there a month. i know they has ATMs in walgreens but i cant do normal banking there. my ONLY complaint is they need to open up a portage branch of this bank even if its just a small one like grocery stores have.the women that work there are always friendly and helpful but sure would be nice not to hsve to travel to hobart from portage even though its not that far but sometimes its just not convenient to do so
