Slow & rude customer service.People working there are very slow and take half an hour to do deposit & give change.They are extremely rude and feels like dont like to work.

No Customer service. Loss of chain of command. No responsible party to deal with. Pathetic follow up. Never faced such humiliation going thro home financing. Not going back even if they offer 0% interest home loan....

The West Rogers Park branch is staffed by rude and incompetent people. This bank had caused me so many problems with improper reporting and poor tracking of assets. That is only one area of difficulty I had experienced. I dealt with their trust dept. They were responsible for material assets owned by an estate. They allowed anyone who wanted access to a home they should have protected. As a result, many things were stolen. Since so many people paraded through the home it's anyone's guess what happened to the $20,000 in stolen goods. They didn't even have the decency to file a police report. I was trustee, but they never consulted me about anything, though the home was partly the property of the trust. At Devon you will find people with no business sense and no ethics.
