Horrible, unprofessional staff & a crappy bank. Very unprofessional workers. I cannot believe the way these workers treat customers!? It’s just beyond despicable. Do not bank at this awful bank!

I went to the bank to take out money at the ATM and my card I’ve had for 40 years didn’t work and I needed to come inside. I waited around 15 to 20 minutes then I decided to go through the regular line. So I waited there till my turn to talk to the teller. She told me I had to talk to a personal banker. I went and sat some more. Finally a person came back from lunch and one of the personal bakers told her to take the people who came in after me. I stood up and said I was here before them so she took me. By that time I had been there for 45 minutes to an hour. She looked at my card and license and told me the new machine didn’t like ATM cards and I should get a debit card. I told her I didn’t want a debit card. She signed me up to get a new ATM and it should arrive in 7 to 10 days. So I said so now I have go stand in the line again to take care of what I came for. She said yes. My card is fine, it’s your machines that are the problem. I waited in in line at the ATM, then for a banker, then for a a teller who couldn’t do anything, then for a banker again, then I was supposed to get in line again for the teller again because your machine won’t work? I’m very frustrated and disappointed.
