Customer for 20 years - treated like a criminal for trying to deposit an English check. Funny - I thought them being a UK owned bank, it would have been no problem.
Insulted, straight from their director's office. Took 7 days to verify money that I was able to verify leaving the account in 24 hours.
Once one of the best - now, just your typical bank.
