I been with this bank for 10+ years. I went to this North Muskegon Branch and now will be pulling my account. The short curly haired lady with glasses was beyond unprofessional. I asked questions and completely ignored me. She acted as if I was not worth the time. Definitely will never recommend this bank from here on out. She had no issues helping the other white person out. Words can not describe how she made me feel. Then to see how they treat someone of there own color like gold.

I have had bad experiences Many times dealing with tellers. The company needs to train them better. They act like they are better than me. I'm the customer, they need to be nicer & more helpful. Stop with the bad attitude.you made reviewing this way too difficult. Fix this .
