I noticed when I went into my account that on 8/31 a paypal debit hit my account. It was not supposed to. On the same day I went to the ATM because it was after the banks closed and deposited the EXACT amount of money. I called to you guys because I was confused. When I set up my account I check the box that states that I no not allow any NSF. So, imagine my surprise when today I noticed you not only reversed my account from the payment that should have never been authorized to begin with, was reversed and then I was charged a 30.00 NSF fee.
When I called that bank, your customer service associate was rude and unpleasant. Had absolutely no regard to her customers and began to talk above me with out even listen to what I was saying. I had just opened an account here and if THIS is how you treat your customers, then I don’t want to bank here! I have no problem leaving.

I think its criminal that my money goes in on a Saturday (the only day I can deposit my money since Im paid on Friday night) And I cannot access my money until Tuesday??????? That's just wrong, some people live from paycheck to paycheck & need gas & food by the time another week goes by. Ive had checking accounts since i was 16 over 20 yrs & NEVER ran across anything like this. Straighten it out Avidia!!!

this alleged bank took over a 2 local banks westboro bank and hudson savings bank which were both fine institutions until these avidia people took over. i stayed with them since i had no transportation and the branch was conveniently located across the street from me. well of course the closed the local branch which had been serving the community for over 150 years affecting me adversely. they previously had opted out of the sum network to save money more than likely which i found annoying but workable. then i applied for a small loan for which i have direct deposit and offered to set up direct withdrawal on the same day if necessary. they rejected me although for lack of income even though i proved to them it was over 3000.00 a month (only 1100 direct deposited). well 3 strikes and your out and they swung and missed on all 3. avoid this bank like the bubonic plague as their survival is doubtful in the long run. there is never anyone in their bank (customers)and word on the street is people are pulling out like flies. i will be switching to america's most convenient bank from westboro's most inconvenient bank shortly.
