  On my loan, I agreed to an ARM for my mortgage only if they would put a cap of 5% on the loan. Last month my interest rate went to 6%. Bank denied our agreement to 5% cap.
  I renewed my insurance 3 months ago. 1st month after renewing, they sent me a letter informing me that I had not renewed my policy.I took them a copy of my policy. Next month, same letter and I took another copy to them as they could not find their copy. Third month, same thing. This month they added $1,800 to my load balance for their insurance policy. Still fighting that now.
  FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER BANK!!!!

Love having my checking account here.  Friendly employees.  They always speak to me coming and going, and I never have to wait.  They are nice people and I actually feel comfortable going in there.  Not like most banks.
