Even though the staff (the entire office consists of 2 people, only one of which has decision making authority) is friendly enough I have had nothing but problems. I opened up a business checking account and was told that the only address that could be put onto my account was the one from my DL. I just moved down to Miami less than a week prior and had not been able to get to the DMV yet (which at this point seems to be more efficient than this branch). I explained that I did not have access to the mail at the address on my DL. This did not matter. Long story short I never received my debit card (I did have the mail forwarded). They resent it FOUR TIMES. Finally the made the semi-intelligent decision to send it to the branch (after much complaining on my behalf) and I finally received my debit card 5 weeks after opening my account (forcing me to inconveniently come in every week to make transactions). I still have not gotten my PIN, nor am I able to get through via phone (either busy or rings without ever being answered. I called the 800# and was told after 20 mins of BS that I needed to contact my branch for business accounts (why bother having a customer "service" hotline?). I have hardly ever seen another patron in this branch, so why is it so incredibly difficult to get something done? It has now been 9 weeks since I opened my account and I still don't have a PIN. With only two employees in this branch, why are they not able to communicate or get anything done?!?!?! I'm getting ready to change banks.
