have been with bank 11 yrs.never had an overdraft/or any other problems.my pay pal account ran a charge thru by mistake instead of putting on my on my credit card creating an overdraft.it was run thru 3 times before i was notified by the bank.it ran up $84.00 in charges when i explained to them it was put on by mistake that it was not my fault, could they at least cut the charges down they would not hear of it. i honestly can say that their are plenty of banks in the area that will treat you a lot better. pay pal did credit me half the charges back unlike woodsville there a good company to deal with.

Have banked with WGSB since they opened the branch in Franconia and have absolutely no complaints with the services or the professional and courteous employees that staff this branch. Coffee and daily paper in the lobby, generous use of the conference room by community organizations and non-profits, and convenience of location and hours of operation make this the bank to do business with in the area....

Been with the bank for more than 10 years and account was closed because of some financial hardships. You would think a hometown bank would have more of a "soul".
