I have been with Westbury bank for a few years. I had a savings account and there needs to be a minimum of $200.00 in the account. Last year September I switched jobs, working part time, and failed to meet the 200 dollar requirement. I had forgotten that there needed to be the minimum amount. I was getting charged 2.00 dollars each month for about a year for not having that amount. I take responsibility for not looking closer at my statements. However, over a year now not a single person warned me of this implication until yesterday. It's frustrating that not one person could have told me that I was 150 Dallas short of the minimum 200 dollars. I see this as poor customer service, thankful though for the teller to finally warn me.
