Love all the super ladies who work in the Penn Valley and Grass Valley branches. They are personal and very friendly, yet professional and knowledgeable. They strike just the right balance. I am a very happy customer of WestAm.

luv the people at westamerica, they take TIME, to help, ALWAYS kind,..PATTY the BEST, they MAKE you fell at home, up there..SHE even fixed a MAJOR prblem that i WAS havin with CUSTOMER SERVICE.. PATTY  fixed it for me..there're the BEST..

We have been banking with Westamerica in Kelseyville since before they changed from Bank of Lake County, a total of about 20 years.  The tellers there are very friendly and helpful and were of great assistance in dealing with my mom's trust when she passed away.  I'm very sorry to be having to close my account there because we have moved to Shasta County where there is no branch.  I will miss them a lot!
