Seems that every time there is a slight issue ie concern, not only is it handled with neglect, ignorance and lack of knowledge, we are given dismal customer service. This is from the branch manager Sonia. She seems to be well equipped with the use of barriers, road blocks, and excuses, than she is with satisfaction, care, and help that could easily solve simple issues. Have never once had a conversation via phone with Sonia listening. She yells over me, gives little to no attention to the problem. Instead she attempts to make excuses instead of resolutions. She says one thing, then turns around and denies saying it. No bank is perfect, and we don't expect such a thing. What I do expect is to be given treatment that says we can turn a problem into an opportunity to make matters right. When faced with unhappy customers, Sonia does absolutely nothing. She makes no effort to rectify a problem. She told me that she challenges me to take my concern to another bank, to see if they would do what she can't or rather WON'T. Now we are biding our time with the help of assistants, to find a bank that will treat us as though we matter. A branch manager who can act the part, as well as look the part. I reference that in regards to Sonia's staff, who is so casually dressed, her employee would be better suited for a daycare than a bank. Her employee has shown immaturity beyond reason, had plenty of eye rolls and an attitude to match. I was horrified to see this employee dressed in bikenstock sandals as business wear. I normally would shrug off how one is dressed, but there are no excuses when your bank shows no concern for you, your money or your time. I will take my concerns as high up as I can possibly go, as Sonia and her employee belong anywhere but a bank!

You would think going inside physically into a bank that you would be annoyed with either a line or someone trying to sell you a product but not here , overall great experience Kendra was my personal banker and she was fantastic ! Saw her two days in a row and she have me nothing but great customer service! Overall great branch.

Opened up both personal and business accounts.  The follow-through was very frustrating, as I had lots of questions and the young woman who initially opened the account would not call me back or make sure she was available when I made the trip in--even when I was responding to HER call.  Consequently, things took longer because they were done incorrectly, and I was ended up talking to new people who did not have the information or history.  I was under a lot of stress as many things were changing in my life, and I could have used someone more dependable to help me.  Already disappointed with this bank. I looked for the management to send feedback to, but did not find a way to help them upgrade their customer service.  Will not recommend this bank to anyone.

Wells Fargo locations seem to be pretty efficient in Houston, and I have never had a problem before. I was nearby this location and came in to make a simple cash deposit into my mother's account. It was a bad sign when seeing both tellers roll their eyes at a customer in front of me politely saying she was confused about an issue with her account. A second customer came in saying her checks arrived with someone else’s address.

After filling out the deposit slip, the first teller had to call a second employee to ask if he can make a deposit to an account with only 41 cents in it. He only explained I had to sit at a desk with a second employee so they could call the corporate support line to ask because the account might be dormant. I sat with a second employee who called a corporate help desk.  I offered to have her contact the account holder, but she never responded and continued to wait on hold to ask her question if I can make my deposit.

After being passed to a third employee to make the transfer, the first teller smirked and got on the third employee’s computer to type.

Overall, I would pass on this location to avoid a hassle and a headache. Training on simple transactions and how best to communicate with customers would help with the quality of service at this branch.

I should have listened to my husband who told me the manager at this site was rude and unreasonable.  I didn't believe him and I learned.  This bank made several errors on my account.  The staff indicated the manager would have no problem correcting it and refunding some fees and then change to a different account.  Instead, the manager called and was rude and condescending and said she would not refund any fees but still wanted me to switch accounts with her bank and said that just because they made errors that it didn't matter in the long run.  Why would I switch accounts with her bank with an attitude and customer service like that?  I won't and didn't.  I closed my account with a very pleasant, reasonable, and apologetic staff member.  I originally had the account in Alaska with no problems and this location branch wrecked my esteem for Wells Fargo.  Now there any esteem I had is gone as well as my account.

I have had and unfortunately still have 3 business accounts and personal accounts with this branch and the stress level and frustration of the IDIODIC rules the new branch manager has put in place for his employees. I thought you were supposed to get help from your branch and not a brush off because they are no longer allowed to do any reversals on any fees ONLY the branch managers is allowed to!! What a POWER TRIP!! and when you go to speak to him he wont even help you with the fees! This blows my mind! I pray daily that we get a new bank in this location so I can switch banks!

This has been coming for a long time. When there is 1 teller waiting on a business & 3 tellers in the back, I'm standing with 2 bags of coins(which are very heavy)and no other teller is called to help, then there is a car at the drive up & no one to help them, with 3 people now standing behind me. I finally ask if there is another teller, "oh sure their in the back doing other things" But she does call one then. Is it just me or shouldn't your customers come first?!  Believe me its this away every time I go in there. I'm about done.

I had the pleasure of having a kind lady named amanda help me with my accounts. I have false charges on my account and she not only located the errors, but took a personal interest in solving the problem. She is always smiling and I now ask for her on every visit.

My son, who has been a long time customer, went to the drive thru as he normally does to cash an extremely small check. He was told by the teller that all of his accounts were closed and he would need to come inside to speak to someone about this. She kept his ID and his check. Long story short all of this was unnecessary. None of my son's account was closed and the explanation given was that the account of someone with the same name was closed. All the teller at the window had to do was ask my son to write his account number on the back of the check and this would have identified his specific account and he would not have had to go through that humiliation. The explanation for all of this given to us was a lot of talk with no real substance.
Stay away from this branch!

I have never met a more ignorant and rude staff then with this location. They are of no help and after making deposits for my niece for almost 6 months now I can't!!  No explanation just an ignorant reply and walked away from me!   Really!!  Stay away from this location, not worth the aggravation when there are so many other banks!

I wonder if there is anyone at this branch that knows what the heck is going on????
I closed out my checking account over a year ago and I'm still getting email information AFTER TELLING them I don't want to receive the messages.
One individual told me it was a phising job. YA RIGHT(LOL)!
The IT system leaves alot to be desired!!!
I've complained with NO POSITIVE result on the email problem!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!

First, I will say that the manager Tom, Mala and Chris did everything they could to assist me.  However, Jessica Abreu and Emily Tajchman have alot to learn about customer service and courtesy.  They were rude and offensive.  They yelled at us, smirked at us, gave us dirty looks and were not helpful.  I was threatened by Emily that I was being thrown out of the bank. We shut down our accounts and will not bank with Wells Fargo again because of their behavior.

A young kid by the name of Justin A. smelled like marijuana. He was rude and looked high. He needs to be let go or I will bank with someone else. Some of my friends said the same about this kid.

No Customer Service Skills

The bank teller was trying to be so nice because the Office manager supervisor was very rude.  She really needs training on how to deal with customer instead of walking away.  This was at the 1911 Bassett Drive in Mankato, MN.
I would switch to a completely different bank but the personnel at the other bank locations in Mankato make up for the rudeness of this one.

The Wells Fargo on Parkway put us in a very embarrassing position due to lack of follow up on their wire transfer. When we brought it to the manager's attention that person excused it as though our expectations were too high. They missed an authorization step and cost us $6,000.

The best part about this branch is the staff. Their level of customer service far exceeds my expectations, and has set a new level of banking customer service for me. Regardless of how busy the employees are, they always have a great big smile and are always willing to help. I feel assured that I will always be welcome to ask any question I have, and I know I will be fully educated on that topic. The employees find the best course of action for my finical needs and have very helpful suggestions on where I should continue to in the future. If you truly want a person who will do everything in their power to help you, this is the branch you want. Bar none, this branch has given me the most successful banking experiences.

Quite possibly the worst customer service EVER!  They drive me nuts.  We have a significant amount of money here....not for much longer though!  I called about a copy of a statement.  I was put on hold for over 15 mins, told I had to go into a branch, not to mention being transferred multiple times.  I still don't have what I need and it is just so basic.  I asked for the manager twice and she/he never dame on the line either.  Wells needs to come to the party and actually hire people who know what they are doing!  ANY bank is better than this one!

I have been banking with this branch for 7 yrs. The old crew all retired or scattered when the bank switched from Wachovia to Wells Fargo. Since the change this bank has been one big headache. They shortchange me on change orders OR they give me too much money (which I return) and they've forgotten to process checks into the account. I've kept a record of all these things. The branch manger of customer service has an attitude over each issue that this bank causes. I've tried to get along w/her but it seems impossible. The attitude is as if they are doing me a favor by taking our money. This branch will rip you off by making careless mistakes with your money and your account. The ratings speak volumes. Take heed & beware!

Wellsfargo get a whopping 5 star from me.  I am in Florida in fleming island and they are excellent.  It is a family relationship experience and have carefully guided me.  They absolutely maks ,our banking experience a joy.  Their expertise far excels all other financial institutions and I have dealer with many.  Sincerely, doris mcclain, fleming island, fl

I opened three accounts in the Rye, NY Wells Fargo Branch: a business checking, a business savings and a personal checking account over a month ago.

Not one of them was opened properly.  Andrew, the banker, had five debit cards sent to my home for the personal checking.  I still don't know which was I am supposed to use, because Andrew refuses to respond to emails.

I was charged $128.00 for a set of plain checks on the business account.  There aren't any logos or special features on the checks.  They aren't in a printable format.  These are simple blue checks that require handwritten preparation.  $128.00.  The most expensive checks I've ever purchased.  Andrew doesn't respond to emails so I can't even discuss the fee that he never indicated would be so high.

Just discovered that I am paying a monthly maintenance fee of $6.00 on the business savings account because I don't have the minimum amount in the account.  Would have been nice to have been told of such minimum requirement.  Again, Andrew is probably the worst bank employee I ever encountered.  He failed to mention said fees.

I've tried to contact the branch manager, Mohindra.  But he also refuses to respond to emails.  I am in the process of escalating of these issues to the regional level.  I've never experienced such incompetence across so many levels.

Don't use this bank.  In fact, run in the other direction.  With so many banks in Rye, you won't have a problem finding an alternate bank.  Just stay away from this one.

I have a small account with Wells Fargo here in Phoenix,  AZ..  My family is from NM.  My grandfathers served in WWII. My maternal grandfather served in the US Army Air Corps in the European Theater. My paternal grandfather was in the Bataan Death March (please look it up) and died in a POW camp as a chaplain serving his fellow soldiers. My dad, John, was in Vietnam earning the Bronze Star. I was an officer in the army reserves. I am absolutely livid with your cowardly and dishonorable action. Your effort to appease a few sniveling fools at the expense of the majority is typical of the lack of courage that is so commonplace in our country today. I am embarrassed for you. I am ashamed of you. You sicken me and you make a mockery of the blood that has been spilled for our very freedoms.


That sacred spilled blood provided you with the ability to earn a living and enjoy the blessings of liberty and your corporate lifestyle. I am willing to bet that the manager never put on a uniform or stood watch. I am sure this manager has never stood for what is right. The manager would rather sell his soul to Satan for a few happy customers then do what is right.

First thing tomorrow, I will be going to my WF bank and closing my account.  While there, I will tell everyone exactly why I am doing so with the hope that they too will follow suit. I will post this review on my Facebook page.  My sincerest hope is WF loses innumerable customers and worse, money, as a result of removing the flag.
