I have worked at banks when I was younger. In all my experience with working at them, and now with owning our own business and home financing and all the dealings I have had over the years, I have not EVER had a BRANCH MANAGER be SO RUDE and in you face insulting as the manager at the Frontier Village Wells Fargo was to me.
He asked for ID (for a letter I was turning in to the branch). I pulled it out and plunked it on the table for him (mind you this was in his office and I was standing and the table was big and low) and it skidded and he looked at me with a glare. I didn't intend it to slide on the table but he said after a few minutes, "do you always throw your ID? And I was shocked, I said "did that offend you?" and he said yes! and I was like......well I can go some where else then. And as I left he glared at me all the way out of off his office and towards the door. All I can say is WOW!!! If this is how branch managers treat customers that is terrible. What ever happened to customer service!

I had purchased saving bonds for my children about twelve years ago. Bond note was lost and my son is trying to cash his out and your bank is not what I expected. My son is in Juneau and went to speak with someone there at the bank and he said they were so rude to him. This is unacceptable for him to be treated so poorly.

We have a Business account I have to make daily deposits, the drive thru people are very unprofessional. I waited for a long time without anyone greeting at me or even looking. I just left without making my daily deposit.

I had transferred our accounts from another branch and had some questions regarding them. Ms. Garcia took her time to meet with me and get everything corrected/changed to ease our mind. Although it was time-consuming, she never rushed me or made me feel as if it was a bother. She explained things to me in detail and was helpful in all aspects. As t the surly people writing ill words regarding the staff, environment, wait time, and other services ... poppycock! We have used this branch for nearly seven years and have never had a problem with their excellent service. In fact, we adore both Godfrey (a teller and much more) and the branch manager. Indeed, the manager sets the tone and the staff follow her lead. The tone she sets: show each customer respect and treat each with courtesy. I know banks aren't very popular, but why say mean things about the staff, particularly when the things said are not true.

I'm sorry but your review is of one branch. If you will note all reviews- under them it tells what branch they are writting about. Now here you have said that all 500+ of their reviews are poppycok, and that all 500+ are telling lies because you have good dealings with your one branch?

I have been a customer for 15 years and have 10 accounts with Wells. The turn over at your Arlington branch is terrible and the customer service is just as bad.
This branch has never run as well as when Brent was the manager. You must have the ability to track peak traffic flows and staff accordingly. No one cares about the customer. While standing in line with 6 other people Tuesday, two customers walked out. Two tellers on duty, one out to lunch and on one at drive up. The convenient location to my business is the only reaso9n I do not make a change.

I went to Wells Fargo to cash a check. There was 2 people ahead of me. Why did stand in line for mor than15 mins . There was 2 clerk helping one person. Two more clerks talking to each other. After moving from out of state I sought to relocate my funds locally. The lady at the local branch seriously misrepresented their services. I haven't been able to get a call back in two days and her phone number is the only number provided. Now it's a holiday weekend and I have to wait three more days to start all over again. Banking that was said to take 5-days is now 10-days out and there's still no response. They took immediate possession of my money then dropped me like a hot potato. This is the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of knowing. I plan to close my accounts and go elsewhere as soon as possible. I do Not recommend this bank.

I came to Monique with an urgent issue and a transfer that needed to be made asap. She said they can't do it, and didn't try to figure out a way for them to do it. A day later I went to another Wells Fargo location and they did it in 5 minutes, no problem, but I lost a precious day that was important. Additionally, when I called her with more questions, she put me on hold for 20 minutes, after which I hung up, called back, left her a message asking to call me back and she never did.
How can someone like that be employed with bank? Are you serious?
Lady, learn to do your job rather than complimenting people's purses.

The bank manager at the Milgen Road location is horrible. She is ghetto, old and very unprofessional. I came in there to get help because I got charged twice from a company, and she absolutely refused to help. I then told her that when it happened before the old bank manager helped me and got my money back that same day. She said, "when was that because I've been here since 09?" Like she was implying that I was lying. She pissed me off to the core that we are switching banks. My daughters birthday is tomorrow si we need our $ now. We have plans, and now we have to use our credit card because no one will help us.

I have been with this bank for 10 years and I will go out of my way to go to this branch. After a few times in they know my name and have helped my consolidate my credit and saved me $200.00 per month, in the first week I started coming there. Silver Firs team is the best.

The ATM at the location has not been working properly.
Especially, when you deposit, be careful. Generally it count
less what you actually deposit.
After I reported, they heard they are going to investigate it. It took a at most 45 days. for a while you will a got a credit. But still I can not trust because I had another experience with the branch.

I went inside the branch to speak to a representative about a bounced check that ended up costing me $350 in fees alone. I wasn't asking for a complete refund, just some human decency. I was lied to and told they were unable to do anything about those fees because they were computer generated and couldn't be undone. When I told them the reason why I was overdrawn, and believe me, the reasons were heart-breaking, I was looked at like I was an object. When I said I would go to another branch, I was told, "Go right ahead! They aren't going to help you either!" On top of that, the manager couldn't speak clear English.
This was the most humiliating experience I have ever had with a service! Let me add, this was the first time in over ten years I had ever been overdrawn!!!

Fair warning: save yourself grief and $ and stay away from this branch. Consider this: as a courtesy to my employer, I picked up an alternator from a repair shop and paid the $167 with cash. My employer, a general construction company, paid me back with a check drawn on an account at this bank. When I went in to cash it (I live and bank elsewhere), the teller informed me that since I don't have an account there, there would be a $7.50 fee for me to recoup my $! The teller said, "let me see what I can do about it", but it was apparent to me nothing would be done without some act of god, and being in a hurry, I said I would just "eat" that $7.50, which the teller was all too eager to agree with, even suggesting I recoup that $ from my employer, who she knew by first name! This whole fee-thing was wrong on so many levels. I get checks from another employer drawn on a Wells Fargo accnt all the time, and though other branches hassle me about starting an account, they DO NOT charge a fee, even though it would be more reasonable for them to do so in these cases because they're MY paychecks, not a re-imbursement from a company that banks there. This $7.50 fee is a straight up rip off. There are far better banking options in Ojai for anyone to continue supporting these greedy turdberries! Go to Rabobank or Ojai Community Bank. Far better customer service, and they won't fleece you for doing what they get paid to do anyway. I'm still shocked that THIS BRANCH has the gaul to charge such an outrageous fee. It's not so much the excessive $7.50 that has me irritated as it is the principle of the matter. This bank flat sucks and when I move back to Ojai next month, I'll be taking my business to Ojai Community Bank

I stopped into the Wells Fargo at 1800 First Avenue in Cedar Rapids, and was greeted as soon as I walked in by a very friendly young man who proceeded to ask what I was in for as well as talk with me about my day as we waited for a teller.
I have been a customer of some of the community banks for years and have never recieved such a personal touch when doing my banking.
Afterwards I sat with a banker to print some statements and they helped me get that done quickly and he was very knowledgable and friendly!

Finally! As a Wells Fargo customer for the last 8 years, I was confused by the gap in branches in the area. No more...Silver Firs opened up in October and I couldn't be happier. The Silver Firs team is top shelf, they welcome me in, always make me the focus...for once at a bank!...and treat me to a personal experience I love. Back to small town banking! Love that branch, staff are so helpful. They did a debt consolidation for me 3 months ago and saved me 300 a month. My new fav
