The Thruway store manager (Chris Wilson) does not know the definition of customer service. He is rude, unhelpful, and sarcastic; he does not even try to resolve problems and has no interest in retaining business. He surely is not a good ambassador for the bank. Does the senior leadership care?

Wells Fargo in general is a horrible bank who could care less about its customers. Their customer service is horrible and very rude. Their mortgage service is horrible. They do not keep you informed through the process. I plan to move all of my accounts from this bank - cancel the current loan process ( I had two in-process ) and find another bank who will value my business.

Wells Fargo in general is a horrible bank who could care less about its customers. Their customer service is horrible and very rude. Their mortgage service is horrible.
