I waited in line on a Friday with 2 tellers for over 15 minutes. A floor manager and regular manager were just standing there looking at everyone else not doing anything. Then by the time i got to the window they couldn't assist me and i hadto stand off to the side, and overheard the floor manager making a comment about me. Everytime i go to this branch they are slow and rude. Go to the park road branch if you bank with Wells Fargo.
