What a horrible spineless bank. Taking down the US flag without providing a reason. Thank God we have other banks to choose from. Boycott Wells Fargo!

I have an IRA account with a beneficiary distribution is required every year. I went to the Bonita Point office and waited for a representative. The representative told me she could not handle this process and could not do the paper work. She then called the Customer Service line and handed me the phone. She should have called the store support # to help her to the process. I spent 2 hours handling and told her to read her email they had sent instructions to her.

Poor poor customer service at the starmout branch in charlotte nc. ... the greeter they have at the door obvious shes racist she didn't want to help me she even acted as if she wanted to fight me. She judged me and that was very clear. ..she even accused me of calling her a name wen I told her manager if that's what at the door at every wells Fargo I dont think I want to go to any bank all I was trying to do was get my car title notarized. And that was the worst experience ever. Poor poor customer service!

Well,it's that old saying"do something good for someone and they will tell 10 people;do something lousy to them and they tell 100 people."Poor customer service and a couldn't-care-less attitude.They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and still charge you for them.Do yourself a favor and go with another bank,maybe one smaller where they will give you more personal service.As with alot of large companies,they lose sight of what pays their own checks-customer service.

Same thing happened on March 10! The Asst. Branch Manager would only credit 2 of 3 overdraft notices.  My CASH deposit was still "pending".  Cash deposits are immediate, they should never be pending.  She kicked me out of the bank and called the police on me!  Why couldn't she talk to me??  I have never been more humiliated, and I have 4 accounts with them!  Well, for now I do.

I had an excellent visit when I first moved to Minnesota from South Carolina.  The banker I spoke to could not have been more pleasant and kind and assisted me with everything I needed very quickly.  Perhaps the best customer service I have encountered.

My Mother banks at this location and has for years both personal and business accounts. She has been told on several occasions that the bank will not cash a check for her because her drivers license is expired. What would you expect for a person that is 84 years old. Because it is expired does not change the fact the person identified on the license Is still her. She went to the drive up yesterday as a passenger and was told that she would have to come in to the bank because her license was expired. My mother has a leg that was severely injured in an accident and has a very difficult time getting around. She is also legally blind in one eye and sees with difficult from the other. So being told to come in to the bank was not the best option.
I have gone and looked up NYS requirement for ID and also tried to find something on Wells Fargo's main site to find out your policy on ID. I couldn't find anything on your site.NY State does not require it but suggests you have it.

Words can not explain how unprofessional this office actually is. I walk in with my service dog and IRENA (who can not even speak fluent english) verbally attacks me by saying, "Put your dog somewhere else!" I tell her my dog is a service dog and she screams, "where are the papers...no papers, dog go out" (remember this is a quote from the "bank manager." Then there's the banker--he's dressed in what looks to be a clown suit--I have a recently expired passport as I'd for my withdrawl--he says, we'll make an exception in you not having TWO id's but the manager is already fixated on the dog patiently sitting by my feet. She overrides what I've been told and asks me to leave until I had 2 forms of ID. It was crazy...stick with Chase!

Absolutely fantastic service in this Branch by Carlos, Paola and the team. We have had more than our fair share of administrative problems ever since we moved to the US, but never with the bank. Opening hours are great for working people, staff is very friendly and above all professional, they know how to sort out the problems; And if they can not, they make sure you get in contact with the right people.

We have been fourteen years as a customer of Wells Fargo.  I am a senior citizen and disabled and need to use the restroom while doing business at this location.  They told me I had to go across two parking lots to Carl Juniors.  I said I couldn't walk that far.  The girl said she would get the manager.  I thought they would allow me to use their employee restroom.  The manager refused and I had an accident.  She started shoving me out the door and when my husband came to my aid, she said she was calling the police.  I have later found that hardly any of Wells Fargo banks provide bathrooms for their customers.  This is amazing to me since they have an annual profit of 19 Billion dollars.

These people are criminals. I have opened an investigation here and it's not looking good for them.

I was taking my business to Chase and they offered me a "loan" the gal called me the next day saying I was approved and my fixed payment was $150 for a 50,000 loan.

I was shocked to find out they had bait and switched me to a line of credit without my knowledge or consent and my payment for using only 13,000 was over $900!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I googled this tactic apparently there have been billions in lawsuits against wells for this exact reason.


I am lucky my business is thriving and I am now at Chase. I am leaving this review to prevent other unsuspecting people like myself who put their trust in Wells Fargo and being burned like I was.

My extra payments were misapplied on someone elses account and also not on the day I walked into the bank.  So I started bringing cash in so they would not make a mistake.  Now it has happended again.  In addition I went into the bank yesterday to finally pay off the home loan & no one could help me apply my money to payoff the loan.  Now I am told it could take 4 days??? Why...so they can make more money on the interest!!...We will never use Wells Fargo for anything. We paid off our 140K HELOC & now I am unable to pay off our house.  This company provides poor service and the staff have zero customer services skills.  Yesterday I spent an hour in the El Dorado, 1199 Montgomery Blvd NE, Albuqerque, NM  87111, without a resolution to my problem.

I went to a Wells Fargo Bank, French Creek Branch, at Phoenixville, PA. This is girl who is so tiny and cute and has a smile on her face every week I come in. She truly is so friendly, kind and also very helpful with what she can do. Her name is Leah DeLara

This location handles bank drafts for Canadian banks and their employees couldn't be bothered to show concern for a missing bank draft. All they'll do is forward you to 213 614 3201. If your money means anything to you, you'll use a different bank, but most certainly a different location.

The starmout branch in charlotte nc is very unprofessional the greeter they have at the door is  vERY rude and act like she wanted to fight me it was obvious the was racist and didnt even want to help me... she immediately judged me and that was very clear all I was trying to do was get my car title notarized. .. this is the exact reason why I dont do bank! Worst experience everpoor poor ccustomer service!

For a domestic Wire transfer they say the cut-off time is 2 PM.  But they also said you have to come in at least 30 mins before the cut off time - Reason: We need 30 mins to "process" the wire.  We then went to the Rivermark branch 10 minutes before 2 PM and they processed our wire transfer without any problem to be posted the same day.  You be the judge

I have banked with every Wells Fargo in Wasilla but every time I have experienced rude tellers with a management team that lacks customer service. While on a recent visit I explained my issue with a member of a management team and Jennifer laughed at the customer service I received and then informed me if I didn't like it I could take all my money and go to another bank. If you want good customer service where people treat you like you mater bank in Wells Fargo at Wall Mart.

Joyce Huang is so helpful.  After multiple frustrating calls to Wells Fargo 800 number, I stopped into the branch location in Clarendon, and Joyce fixed all of my issues fast and easily.  I highly recommend going to this branch!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Keyla was the teller that attended us and made our experience great. We had a complication with a phone teller and had to fix it in the branch. We are thankful for the flexibility this branch provided.

I have to first say that most of the tellers and bankers are very nice and super helpful. I have been going to this location a long time and they had recently got a new manager who is absolutely rude to me. I had got a fee on my checking account and asked the teller what I should do, he knew me pretty well since I had been going to this location a long time he said he wasn't sure but I could sit with a banker. Even before I was able to sit with a banker the manger jolted to shake my hand and ask what was wrong, which nothing was wrong the teller was doing his job and was very helpful I started to tell him about this random fee that I had got and he said they couldn't do anything and the teller shouldnt have told me to sit with a banker and that he was sorry, that came off pretty rude in my eyes because I still needed to sit with a banker to discuss other things and he said they were busy and I should just come back another time. I have been going to the location a long time  and to be told basically that I wasn't welcome and to just come back was ridiculous because I was willing to wait. I just haven't been receiving the best customer service experience lately because of this new manager.

THEY REJECTED MINE ON THE GROUNDS THAT I WAS NOT A US CITIZEN EVEN WHEN THEY SENT ME AN INVITATION TO APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD. PLUS I HAD A GOOD CREDIT SCORE (700+) AND OTHER CREDIT LINES TOO. DON'T BE DECEIVED IF THEY TELL YOU YOU HAVE BEEN PRE-APPROVED FOR A CREDIT CARD. MORE OFTEN IT IS ONLY AN "INVITATION" AND NOT A "PRE-APPROVAL". THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN THE TWO AND USE IT INTERCHANGEABLY.
