I had scheduled an appointment with Tasveer Badal on December 6 at 137 N. Fairfax. Upon arriving, I found him sitting at his desk, seemingly doing nothing. When I sat at the table, he asked how I had booked the appointment. He told me he needed to step away for a few minutes and left to speak with a clerk. From his tone, he was complaining about something just a few steps away from me.
When he returned, he mentioned needing a few more minutes and went to his computer. I assumed he was preparing to work with me, but instead, he started a phone call to another customer and began chatting with him/her. I sat there, watching and listening as he dealt with the other customer during my scheduled appointment.
This could have been handled before or after my appointment. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. After witnessing all of this, I decided to put my documents back in my folder and leave, while he still was chatting on the phone.
I believe Wells Fargo should ensure that its employees maintain a high standard of professionalism, as this behavior reflects poorly on the bank and risks losing clients and potential business.

The bank was reasonably nice and serviceable about three or four years ago. The staff and management have clearly changed since then. The staff is now utterly disinterested in customer service, and openly hostile if asked for assistance. The bank is constantly surrounded by a dangerous element, which makes the experience completely unsafe and uncomfortable. The bank has become a disaster that I will be leaving as soon as possible.

This branch has rapidly gone down hill. Wait times are so long for simple transactions because there’s not enough staff to support the customers who come in. Management is a joke, she is absolutely rude to customers and to certain members of her staff. The manager is constantly asking to take us to the atm, even when telling her no she keeps pushing. Lady, take no for an answer. I don’t want to use the atm, Wells Fargo just needs to hire people.
One day in particular I was needing to speak to a banker. There are only 2 bankers and 2 tellers in this very busy branch. This is the scene I walked in on - there were 7 people in the teller line, one banker was assisting customers at her desk, kept being interrupted to assist tellers and help anyone who walked in. The other banker was just sitting at her desk on her phone and then on her computer ignoring customers. The banker who was actually working, kept apologizing to those waiting and did her best to keep up. The manager was locked away in her office, and no help either. After about 10 minutes, the banker who was busy finished up with her customers. She then was the only person who walked to each customer to see if she could assist anyone quickly to help with waiting, and got to me. She had no problem helping me, even went above and beyond to assist me with my issues. Not one time in my 45 minutes of being in that branch did I see the other banker get up from her desk to help anyone, that is until the manager finally walked out of the office. Suddenly this girl had feet and could get up and help.
I’ve been in this branch multiple times and it’s always the same. One banker is constantly doing all the work while the other sits on her phone or typing away at her computer not helping staff or customers. Whoever the girl is at Kendra’s old desk - give that girl a raise she is carrying your bankers side alone and has been for months. I wish I could recall her name, I refuse to deal with anyone other than her when I come in. She’s the only reason this places gets any stars. Your tellers are nice as well now that your new banker is no longer a teller. That girl just has a nasty attitude
