The staff is rude and unprofessional. I actually tried to complain and even the "service manager" laughed at me. I closed my account and opened up with Fairwinds.

The Wells Fargo on Parkway put us in a very embarrassing position due to lack of follow up on their wire transfer. When we brought it to the manager's attention that person excused it as though our expectations were too high. They missed an authorization step and cost us $6,000.
