Waiting for Branch manager to return phone calls from almost one month ago about a situation....never received the call.
Poor Customer Service from Branch Manager...should not even be allowed to deal with the publick. Poor Management skills.
Frustrated Customer.

I am in Plantsville, Connecticut. My Wells Fargo bank is wonderful and so are all the tellers! I can cash checks anytime. As long as you have money the bank to cover the check you want to cash, you can do it. Respect breeds respect! if you show it , it's returned! The managers are wonderful & they answer any concern, when I have them, immediately, and efficiently! All the tellers are so helpful. I guess our bank in Plantsville, CT. Need an award given after hearing all these negative remarks. The 1-800 number I find is also very professional and helpful.
Maybe some people here might try alittle patience, kindness and empathy fort the long lines at times. Use the ATM it really works especially for withdrawals and deposits.
