This is without the worst bank I have worked with in 69 years. I waited in line for over an hour to meet with a banker. Two days later, I called the bank to see if a cashier's check was ready and was hung up on once, run through their phone system 5 more times, at the end of which I was told by a machine to call back because they had a high call volume. I called back an hour later and got the same runaround. No other word for it other than POOR, SUBSTANDARD BANKING PRACTICES with too few people there to meet their customer's requests.
