I went in recently to have a questionable charge removed from my debit account. Our banker, Susan Tibby, was super nice, treated me like a human being, listened thoroughly and had my claim taken care of very promptly. sadly, I'm used to robotic bank personnel treating me like a number, rather than a valued customer. Thanks, Susan, for being so great to work with.
